This place was great. The room was comfortable, and clean. I saw the reviews prior to booking, but I don't stay for people. I come for value, and cleanliness. This place provided both. Staff was great from check in to check out. This place is off the freeway but also close to shopping. Will definitely return

UPDATE:::::Its been going on 3 weeks and I still have not received my $50 deposit back that I had to obtain to stay here for the night. I had the service here as a 4 but now I am going to give them a 2. For each time I call about my despot, I get the same answer , it has been released and then I check my bank account and nothing.
That's the only negative thing I can say about this place other then that it was a really great place to stay!!

Rooms are awesome here. Has a full kitchen with stove and full fridge.

You must pay a $50 despite fee that they give back when you leave but it can NOT be in cash, have to have it on your card.

They have a COMPLEMENTARY 2 PM check out!!! Also FREE washer and dryers for all guest to use!

My nephew and I, and a friend with his girlfriend stayed here for the Great American Outdoor Show from Jan 31 to Feb 3. This was the worst experience here in the 2 years I've been to this hotel. The 2 rooms were side by side and the experiences were similar. Both rooms had slow drains, and our drain back flowed all kinds of nastiness. At least our room had hot water. My friends in the adjoining room had the same drain problem plus no hot water. There weren't any rooms to switch to because of the event and no offer of compensation or urgency to have maintenance attempt to service the problems. This used to be an adequate place to stay but not anymore. We will definitely be looking elsewhere next year. I even replied to the "How was your stay? email with the request to be contacted by phone or email and as of the time of this review NOTHING!!!! I sited the same exact complaints listed above.

We traveled for a synchro competition and this hotel was chosen for our team. Absolutely the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front door was broken for the 3 nights we were there. Leaving the lobby, and first floor exposed to the 2 degree weather. The entire second floor smelled like smoke. There were multiple people living in the hotel. Screaming, barefoot children running around the hotel unsupervised, that apparently lived in the hotel. The rooms were filthy, crumbs in the vents, hair on the shower curtains: the full kitchens that were in the room were disgusting. The snacks downstairs that you could purchase were EXPIRED. I would not recommend this hotel to my animals.

The rooms are what I call aesthetically clean but upon mild inspection the floors in the bathroom especially are filthy, every time I sit and get up from the toilet the entire thing moves and clanks on the floor (I'm 150lbs). Two of the pillowcases although seem clean, are stained. The coffee maker has very old coffee dried on it, dishes in the cupboard are dirty with food on them. There are pain patches and random splotches of pain on everything from the TV, the cupboard above the fridge, the floor. The doors are very beat up. I also unfortunately experiences a LOT of noise from neighbors. The walls are paper thin and sound travels through the vents in the ceiling. For a solid 30 minutes it sounded like a small child crying in my room. The service has been good though. My check in was quick and the woman at the front desk was polite. I also requested in the following morning of my first night for a different woman at the desk to please put a do not disturb sign on my room, as there was not one in my room, which was done and my room was undisturbed. My room phone also was not working so when I called from my cell the woman asked which room I was in so she could put in a note about the phone. The location is close to where I am visiting for work so the 8 minute commute is convenient. Ultimately I will not be visiting this hotel again.

The rooms are quite large for a hotel room. I had a suite that was just stunning. We enjoyed the easy checkin process and we enjoyed the amenities of this hotel. I think it is a newer hotel and looks great. Thank you Candlewood Inns.

Everything was accommodating, and staff was very courteous. They did all they could do to make our stay a pleasant one. A far cry difference to the previous Candlewood stays. Would recommend this Hotel anytime.

I go here every year for the horse expo and this was the worst experience my friend and I experienced! No room service for 4 days.. spoke to a room service attendant and she said that she wasn’t in charge of our room but would make sure it was cleaned and we came back from our day and the room was still not cleaned , halls smelled like weed , not enough towels , told us we could check out late at 3pm then they told us when we confirmed the morning,of that we could only leave at 2pm . I was there and witnessed the person at desk tell us this the night before and we did not get accommodated as told . So we are very disappointed. Beds could be more firm . Air didn’t work in room , couldn’t change the temperature. Had to open windows because it was too hot . We will not come back to this place again for sure . The icing on the cake to make matters worse the room locked us out when we had an extended stay time!
