You know when you're traveling for business (or really, any reason), and you walk into your room at the end of a long day and it is everything you hoped for? It's a rarity, so it was a delight to stay at this hotel. Regretfully, I've stayed in a number of less-than desirable Hamptons but this one not only didn't disappoint, it made me happy! Every bit of the hotel I saw was nice and clean. It was well-lit, quiet, and comfortable. I was sorry to stay only one night. The morning staff were especially warm and friendly. The hotel is situated across the road from a large shopping area while behind it is a residential area that looks like it would be nice for a walk. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful property while attending a nearby conference. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to housekeeping. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Highly recommend this hotel in East Harrisburg!

Stayed here 2 different times in 2 weeks. One time had a standard king room, other time was a 1 bedroom suite for a longer stay. Both times had a great stay. Same front desk staff who were very friendly. Plenty of parking out front or back. Free breakfast was consistent both times.

Rooms were consistently clean and had the same amenities. Suite had a bedroom and kitchen area. Both had a similar sitting area, couch, and a desk. Restroom was basically the same.

Overall good, consistent experience for both of my stays. Minor differences between the suite and standard room.

Very clean hotel. Great staff. Very friendly. The rooms were very nice! The bed was a little hard for my taste but I slept well. The bathrooms were beautiful. Hotel was quiet. Very nice and safe location. Highly recommended.

Worst linens I’ve ever had in any hotel across the globe. All of the sheets, as well as the blanket, pillows, and everything else seems to be polyester, and certainly charged with unbound electricity. I have to wake early in the morning and can’t sleep because any slight movement shocks me awake.

Also no toothbrush in the room - perhaps I’m used to traveling abroad. My last hotel was in Taipei and they gave us new bamboo toothbrushes every day. There’s probably something downstairs - but not in the room.

Otherwise, everything seems clean and spacious. But again, don’t go here if you’re sensitive to fabrics. It feels like I’m wrapped in numerous trash bags that just came out of the dryer for an hour.

I like the hotel for what you pay compare to many others. Decent and clean. Breakfast lady super nice and very clean area. Staff do not wear uniforms therefore upon check-in a young man came out wearing a baseball shirt and was not sure if it was a staff member. Kind of weird. He did not give me a room in a location I wanted because I booked through a third party. Not appreciated especially hotel was not full.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable, staff is freindly. It is located a short drive from Hershey and Harrisburg. Although there is only a few fast-food type restaurants in the immediate are, there are better options just a very short drive away. This will be our regular place when we visit the area. I'm glad we found it.

Paid for hotel when booked online, front desk told my husband it wasn’t paid for (anticipate disputing through the credit card company) strike 1, should have walked away then. Got into our room and found an old Hilton Honors bag in the top drawer (able to see with drawer shut) made me skeptical about cleanliness but tried to let it slide. Strike 2. Got in the shower and that’s when I saw it- a used bar of soap with a little pile of hair next to it from a razor on the shelf at face height. Strike 3. Front desk offered to see if they had another room available or our money back. We opted for the refund and did find a better room for the night. They were at least decent and understanding about that.
