If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. I booked this hotel for a stay on Feb. 15, 2025. We had to cancel due to the event being cancelled. I called the hotel to cancel our room within the cancellation period and was still charged for my room. I called the hotel and spoke to Mr. Dewberry several times (one call lasting over an hour of me being on hold waiting for him to speak with Hilton customer service). He said he was willing to process my refund but wanted to know why (on their end) the reservation did not cancel properly. I have not received a refund as of yet 3 weeks later. I contacted Hilton Customer Service and received a case # and was told it would be a 3 day response time-that was almost 2 weeks ago. I will NEVER stay at this hotel. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. |You have been warned! Do NOT stay at this hotel!

We stayed here because my foster kids had a visit with there bio family. The rooms were clean and smelled clean! The service was outstanding the front desk people and everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. We will be staying here every-time we come to Danville.

We have stayed in this hotel twice on our way to see our grandson. Both experiences have been very positive, with no complaints. It is very convenient to Route 80 and there is fast food nearby for supper or a Perkins just down the road. ||On our first trip we had our Golden Retriever along; he was welcomed and there is a grassy area in front of the hotel where he could get some exercise. ||On the second trip snow was forecast for morning. Many of the guests, including us, were wanting to get an early start to stay ahead of the storm. Breakfast was scheduled at 6am; however, without being asked the prep lady had it ready early. She said she thought people might want an early start. We had a hot breakfast and were on the road at exactly 6:01am. Later in the day our weather app reported several inches of snow in Danville.

Service was amazing. When I checked in, the gentleman was extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. It was nice after a long day of driving. Very convenient right off of I-80.

For a hampton inn, the interior and rooms were very modern and updated. Everything was clean and quiet.
Breakfast in the morning was good for a Hampton inn breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel experience itself was okay. Service was alright, not excellent. The room was outdated but livable. The bathroom was disappointing, as I saw trash underneath the sink and limited soap. Hot tub was closed, wifi was strong. I would recommend if you need somewhere to stay. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the closet, refrigerator, and desk. I do wish there were more lights as only lamps and over head desk lights were available. Overall, definetly not excellent, but a warm (cool), and safe place to stay!

We stayed in the hotel for one night. I want to say big Thank you to the receptionist who worked on December, 29 morning/afternoon shift, unfortunately, I didn’t memorize his name. I left my wallet in the room and found out about it only when we got home (4 hours away) , I called to the hotel and the receptionist was very nice and willing to help. He found my wallet and kept it for us until we were able to pick it up the next day. I am very happy that honest and trustful people still exist. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay. The location is a bit tricky to find the service road to get to the hotel entrance.

The hotel is nice but could use from updates. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
