I got a puncture on I-81 and had to overnight unexpectedly until a tire place opened in the morning. I booked a room online for a good price and checked in easily. The ladies I dealt with at the front desk were lovely and very helpful, the room was nicer than I expected and the bed/linens were comfy.

The hotel is good, and they’re currently renovating, so it will look even better. The service is great, and there’s a small bar with a good variety of drinks. They offer breakfast, which is a great option, and the coffee was excellent. The room is comfortable and very clean. The carpet in the hotel and elevator looks a bit old, but it’s not a big deal. They also have free parking. The price per night is reasonable.

We chose to stay here traveling through to North Carolina. The biggest selling point was its pet friendly and we needed that traveling with our dogs. It's conveniently located right off the highway, but far enough away that you can't hear traffic. The public interiors need some attention. The hallway carpets are heavily stained and look dirty. Replacing the carpet would go a long way with appeal to their customers. Our room was clean and comfortable as well. The beds were OK from a comfort level. Again, my only complaint would be the carpet in the room. Replacing with a laminate would be so much more appealing for guests. The breakfast was more than adequate, with many options available. We would definitely stay here again if traveling with our dogs as it was a great option.

So I normally write reviews highlighting terrible experiences. This one turned out okay. First night we had neighbors who were very loud during the threesome and kept me up basically all night. Spoke to Cassandra and she was awesome. Offered a different room since the threesome appeared to be there a couple more nights. Was able to sleep pretty well after for the remainder of my stay. Great service.

We had a lovely experience celebrating my daughter's college graduation with a family gathering in the event room located in the Comfort Inn, West Hazleton PA. From my initial inquiry for the party room and a request to reserve 4 rooms with Mike whom was very helpful and patient. My actual booking I had the pleasure to have Aaron's assistance as well as when we checked in. In which he was very kind and helpful. Dena at the bar on site was very nice and helpful, tending to a last minute party of 28. She makes a delicious amaretto sour.. I can't forget a very sweet woman Fay, any questions we had she was more then helpful. Last but not least a big thanks for Cassandra for our room assignments.

The room was wonderful.I just had a few issues. That I pointed out to them, and they're going to fix. We're only there for one night. The AC unit was loud, and the bathroom ceiling had a stain.

Nice and quaint hotel with a friendly staff. Festive decor for the holidays was a nice touch. Good breakfast in an awesome bar/restaurant setting with tons of natural light. The only reason i didn’t put 5 stars was that we heard doors opening and closing all night pretty loudly. Obviously it was just a guest and not on the hotel or staff but it was still tough to sleep.

The restaurant attached to this hotel has the best steak sandwiches ever. The other food was very good also. The bartender was very nice and personable.

Breakfast was hot breakfast but not what I care for everything was microwaved. I did love the make yourself waffles .

Room was standard room nothing fancy. Nice hot shower and comfortable beds. I think they are in the process of remodeling which is good.
