We hired Lou and her team to cater a graduation party. The food was absolutely delicious! Lou helped me make a menu that was tasty and fit all the family’s dietary needs. She accommodated gluten-free, and vegetarians! The variety was fantastic. We highly recommend Pagano’s Catering!

Lou was both kind and professional! She catered my husband’s 50th surprise party at our house and it was absolutely perfect! We had Tuscan chicken and beef skewers and a bunch of sides and desserts! The beef skewers were the most tender we’ve ever had. Each guest raved about the food! Everything was so delicious and arrived exactly on time! I can’t say enough good things about Lou and her cooking! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Lou’s food is absolutely amazing! We use her very regularly to cater lunches at work! Below is a picture of one of our most recent meals.

When talking to Lou about what she is going to make, she takes a great detail to planning meals and helping me pick different options. Everything is always so fresh, and delicious!

Being that our business is also in Windber, we decided to hire Pagano's Catering for our company's 40th Anniversary employee luncheon - and we are SO glad we did! We had southwestern grilled chicken skewers, grilled BBQ ribs, creamy coleslaw, rice/quinoa salad and Lou recommended the most delicious dense chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing - everyone fought over the last few slices. Lou is amazing to work with and her food is definitely a cut above the rest! She even added some grilled pineapple with the chicken skewers which was amazing. If you need an event catered, I would highly recommend them, our employees raved about how good everything was and even said it was the best catered food we have ever had! Thank you, Lou, for the amazing lunch and being a part of our celebration!

Lou catered our family Christmas dinner and made all the classics. It was delicious and made hosting 20+ folks so easy. The food was divine, she delivered, set up, and followed up to ensure we had all we needed for a perfect family get together. The quality of food was fantastic and the price is absolutely reasonable. I had the most wonderful experience working with Lou Pagano from start to finish. Lou deftly used her expertise to help me create and then prepare a feast for 50 that was simply out of this world! From menu planning, to dietary considerations, food for children and flavors of the season, Lou did it all! She and her team arrived on time and set up within minutes to create a Baby Shower Buffet that was simply delicious. My guests raved about her Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes and her Chicken Piccatta - both melted in your mouth! Her sides (Jasmine rice with roasted autumnal veggies, and French style green beans) were generous and just as delicious! The composed salad was enormous and was filled with berries, nuts, cheeses and more. For dessert we had homemade pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting that guests could not stop talking about! There was some, but not a lot of leftovers, which I also appreciate. Every one of my guests had plenty and the accolades were numerous! If I could give a rating of 5+ I would! I highly urge you to use Lou Pagano for your next event - I promise you will not be disappointed!

I have been very fortunate to attend many of Lou’s events over the past few years. The food is always absolutely spectacular. She is well known for her use of fresh whole food and her personal touches.. She is extremely gracious, very talented, and easy to work with. One of her crowd-pleasing specialties is grilled teriyaki chicken on skewers. Frequently she grills on site which just adds to the ambiance of her events. I attended a recent event where she served up a roast beef that was just incredible. Her grilled marinated salmon is extraordinary. Her appetizer table is always drop dead gorgeous. She is deserving of every superlative.
