This place is kinda out of the way but well worth it. The person that helped me during my arrival was really nice and friendly. The also assisted me with date changes prior to my arrival. I’m not an expert on the off roading. Their off road trails were pretty challenging and there were many stops along the trails to admire nature. They have many hiking trails and the scenery is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!!

Always an exceptional experience at Wilderness Rider … exceptional like these views from the “Meadow View” campground this past weekend A terrific venue for OHVs and one of our favorite dirt bike camps! We return to this special property time and time again. (A special “thank you” to Stephanie who, once again, went out of her way to make our short stay both comfortable and pleasant—we so much appreciate her guidance and attention to detail.)

What a special place. While traveling across country with our rv and sidexside, I found this place on hipcamp. The host is awesome, friendly, super responsive and informative. I am a 34ft diesel rv towing a 25’ trailer. She found a spot for us no problem, that was absolutely breath taking. It is a little rough road to get there, but 100% worth it. Everything is mapped out on the property. Easy to read and follow. All skill levels. Lots of wildlife, we hung with the buffalo/babies, saw lots of deer, swam in the creeks. Totally amazing! Thank you Stephany.
Side bit, no water, no diesel. There is a place 10 mins away for gas and food items and water.

Easter weekend 2024
My first time on a riding trip in 20 years, and the first time that wasn't sand.
It was awesome!!
Great views! Lots of beautiful waterfalls!
The staff (Stephanie and Kasie) was very friendly and Donnie even helped me, plug my tire! (Not usually done)
This place is really great for side-by-sides, but I rode a regular fourwheeler, and there were lots of dirtbikes there too.
I cannot express enough, how big this place is!!
3600 acres and lots to see, you can get lost, if you don't use the maps that they hand out!

Awesome place to hide away in the Ozarks. We passed through for one night but it’s definitely a great spot to know about for future reference. Very accommodating and BEAUTIFUL.

It almost pains me to give this place 5 stars because selfishly I don't want more people to find out about. What an awesome camping and off road park. Probably some of the best thought out campgrounds I have ever seen! If you want quiet and privacy go for the cockatiel campgrounds. Trails were awesome with incredible views

We visited the ranch last weekend for the eclipse and camped for three nights at the Cave Mountain Overlook site. Beautiful views of nearby plateaus, amazing stargazing, and perfectly remote. Our dog had the time of her life, and we enjoyed every second of our time there! Check-in was seamless and our attendants were so kind and helpful. Outhouses were clean and well maintained. Can't wait to come back and try out more of the trails!
