We sat through the presentations and said no all the way even with management, we were provided a 7 day vacation, I google searched with the certificate we were handed and got ahold of ADENZA travel, the representative was absolutely fantastic, gave us his personal email, and phone number. We paid our very reasonable taxes and we are on the way to Myrtle Beach this Summer, beachside. Was I skeptical, of course we all are; However we received all the paperwork via email and it was a smooth process. We still keep in contact with the representative at Condenza and have begun finding things to do while we are on our first just family vacation in years.

People need to listen to the details of the presenters, nothing in this world was or will be free.

I am very disappointed with my recent reservations. I have been a customer for years now and never encountered this problem.

I made reservations to a resort that we have visited for three years now, in Virginia Beach. My reservations had to be changed due to renovations at the resort we wanted, very understandable.

I requested the resort directly across the street as that resort is familiar to us , that resort is accessible to those who stay at Turtle Cay, and I was told that would be doable.

Upon receiving my new confirmation, I/we have been placed about thirty blocks from our original request, further, parking at Turtle Cay and Beach Quarters is free, while this resort we have been forced migrated to, charges almost $20.00 a day. I contacted Sundance and I was constantly told how sorry they were, with no resolve.

I was told , I had two options, take what was given or get a refund.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that my request was ignored, this after i made these reservations in 2024.

I advise to stay away from Sundance. The cost effectiveness is NOT there. Customer service is sorely lacking. If you don't have questions or concerns prior to booking a vacation go for it. Good luck getting answers prior to booking.

Won a free vacation, so we sit through the seminar excited that my husband and I might actually get a chance to have a honeymoon. BUT who you have to book it with you have to have a credit card not a debit card and you have to pay the $100 fee before you can book anything. We were advised about the fee but now we can't book it because we don't own a credit card and it'll take 3-4 weeks to do a money order. Better off not even trusting it at all but I still feel cheated and disappointed.

Have 2 great vacations so far. Just figured this was a timeshare scam, but turned out way better than expected. Numerous locations to choose from, only catch is to book early. We did Naples, Florida in 2014 and Myrtle Beach in 2016. The $$$ you save compared to paying for a resort full price is crazy. Figured we saved $1,600 just for the Myrtle Beach vacation alone by booking thru Sundance.

I have been a member of the Travel Advantage Network/TAN for 13 years and taken some wonderful vacations! We so enjoy tennis lessons and the beaches at Hilton Head, but our all-time favorite destination thus far has been Maui, Hawaii!!

The Palms at Destin was great ! The condo was better than expected plenty of room. The staff was great and the 5 pools were beautiful !!! But best of all were the beaches which you could walk to. There's plenty to do in Destin with everything near by. I've been to Destin a few times but this trip in March topped the rest.
