I have dealt with Jim at Heffers Agency for about 20 years and, honestly, I don’t think you will find a better insurance agency in NEPA. I have purchased both car and homeowners insurance through them (just finishing another homeowners policy today which prompted this review). Jim is extremely professional and very responsive. He answers calls and responds to texts/e-mails usually within minutes. He went above-and-beyond to get several quotes and find me the best rate on insurance that met my specific requirements. Truly, just a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended!!

I have been receiving late fees & not even realizing why my bill was different all the time, or that my due dates CHANGED because Marylou Heffers insisted it was always the same date, rather than tell me my billing cycle is 30 days, so if a month has more or less than 30 days, my date changes the following month. I CONSTANTLY ASKED ABOUT THIS & THIS WOMAN EITHER HAS BEEN PUTTING ON AN ACT OR IS IN NO MENTAL CONDITION FOR HANDLING PEOPLE'S CAR INSURANCE!!!
