I am not exactly sure sure where Pratt Agency ends and Erie Insurance begins. Insurance sales persons, brokers, adjusters etc. are all terms that I automatically get on the offensive (not defense) when hearing. And to be honest I am not 100 percent sure where everybody was located that dealt with my claim. With all the bad rep on insurance I feel I should give a shout out on a positive note. I am a PA resident that travels for work. I was hit by an unlicensed uninsured driver in Ohio. Typically with an unlicensed uninsured driver your insurance will cover you at the minimum to get you back on the road. This was not the case with Erie insurance on this one. I had after market wheels that were discontinued and the collision only damaged one wheel. Where even the dealership that did the repairs with OEM GM parts (give them a shout out next) said that they have never seen an insurance company go this far above and beyond. They could have left me hanging on that wheel. Instead they replaced the set with comparable wheels. Not only that. When driving the two hour drive back home from east central ohio the check engine light came on. Instead of just closing it the claim. Erie Insurance followed through once again with the rental car and expedited turnaround. If I could call you out by name without this getting flagged I would. If you see this and remember my name. I have been with Pratt insurance for over 20 years now and I have never considered leaving they are a great group of people who have taken care of my insurance needs and or any issues I have ever had with such ease. Always very friendly and willing to help with any questions I've not once had a bad experience with this agency. I would say if you are shopping for a good insurance agent this is the place to go. They go above and beyond.

They wrote my policy quick and gave me the best rates I could find and still has good coverages. I couldnt be happier. My rates had been jacked up for no reason at all, my rates were double and John at Pratt brought them back down to cheaper than they were prior with better coverage, and a great company. Thank you.

Staff was extremely helpful in getting us switched over to Erie Insurance. Their customer service is above and beyond other companies. They actually spend the time with you to make sure you know and understand everything about your policies.

Office location was in a convenient location from where I live with plenty of parking space. Agent Team Member was knowledgeable, professional & welcoming. She explained everything with ease not leaving anything to chance. When working via emails & phone calls prior to my office visit employee would respond in a timely fashion and answered all my questions. After doing business Agent made sure to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. So far highly satisfied.
