I have never NOT had a good time with their team.
Last night (3/14/25) I did my first extreme tour. I brought my partner along. We had a brand new location (they've been in maybe twice?), and wow. We were going through the equipment and information on the property with Brian, and my partner received our first taste of what we'd get at this site.
Our lead, Brian - phenomenal. From the information he gives on each property, the info other teams have gathered, to checking in with each group he has with him. He makes sure everyone is okay, what are we finding, and some directive if this is your first time.
WE can't wait to do this again, and HOPE we get Brian as our lead.
You guys have to check this out.

My family went on the black cat ghost tour on Saturday October 26 @ 8:00 pm. Our guide was great & we had a fun, educational time. I’ve been on many ghost tours & enjoyed them all. My daughter caught a great orb! See upper left if photo also. Will be back. Thank you.

Very nice and quaint walking tour around Cemetery Hill. We went at 8pm and really enjoyed the historical information and how it attaches you to the ghost story. It was a fun time and good for the entire family

We’ve visited Gettysburg before but have never done a ghost tour. We took part in the east cemetery hill tour on a spooky fall evening. It was very fun and interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable, honest and Funny. They didn’t try to “push or overplay” any ghosts or encounters. Everything felt genuine and some locations didn’t have any activity at when we were at them and some did. Only complaint is I wish we could have spent more time at each location. We will definitely be doing another tour with them the next time we are in town.

So we took the cemetery hill tour, it was my two children (over 10 years old), my mother, and my aunts and uncles. The tour was so good, a mix of frightening locations and informative horror - the tour guide was so professional with just absolute dignity for the situation. I feel like we had an authentic experience with the spirits of Gettysburg and frankly, this is a tour that I would recommend to other visitors hands down. I absolutely want to go back to this place again to shop and experience what the other tours have to offer.

Cheryl was great on the Black Cat Tour!
I sent my brother the photos after and he caught something I didn’t. In the Dobbin House, in just one singular photo (I took multiples), there is what looks like a little girl.
I just took a photo cause of the shadow the light casts on the wall and didn’t even catch the figure when I was looking through.
I attached the photo and what he sent me back.
It could be just the dirty window making it look like that, or it could not be.
Anyways, 10/10 recommend their tours. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable about the history and cracked some good jokes in there.

We went on the 3 hour Ghost Hunt. The guide provided an overview of the equipment provided to each group. We drove to the 1st of 2 stops, where there was a high-level reminder of the equipment. I would suggest that the guide ask who hasn't done this before and offer to take those people around to show in action what to do and how to interact. We tried, but I ended up finding another person in the group to follow and learn from.
