The staff here are very friendly, accommodating, and never get irritated when asked for items you need during your stay. They do have white comforters and white towels if you request them. The refrigerator in the room is nice size with a small freezer space for ice cream and frozen dinners. Coffee machine in the room comes with k-pods. Microwave. The a/c gets cold enough after a little bit of time. I like the white noise it makes. In our room the a/c unit was in the bathroom with vents that come to bedroom if you close the door for whatever reason. Some things look a bit dated, but clean overall.
Any issues were resolved quickly, and without a fuss. No carpet! Thank goodness.
The mattress is firm and comfortable. The mattress has a protector to prevent bedbugs. The headboard is made of wood.
All our neighbors we encountered were regular folk on vacation or work. There is a clean and well stocked Dollar General within walking distance from the motel. It’s about 20 minutes from Ohiopyle State Park. 10 minutes or less from Uniontown downtown. Honestly, you can’t beat the price, comfort, and staff. The shower ceiling above the shower isn’t very tall. If you’re over 6’4 you will have to mindful of that restriction. The shower head has different settings. Not sure about handicap accessibility.

Mostly clean room, but some spiders and other dead bugs in the corner. Biggest problem was our neighbors - screaming argument at 1 am, pot smoking all night and in the morning, we got a contact high just packing up in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful management, clean linen. No breakfast. Nice location, big lawn and dollar general next door.

Super comfortable rooms with good mini-fridge and a microwave. The bathroom is old, but it's a motel. I feel like the motel was priced well. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable, so I couldn't ask for anything else

We were pleased to find the room clean, table and chairs, microwave, frig, bottle of water, coffee and Keurig, air conditioning and parking right in front of our room. Several lamps, dresser, TV, clean bathroom with toiletries and towels. It was conveniently located to Kentuck Knob and Fallingwater, as well as many restaurant choices. Very reasonably priced, friendly staff!

Small little place. Not busy. Rooms are small but clean. TV is horrible and the wifi they offer is complete garbage. Great place to come and bang your side piece, but don't see much value in doing anything else here. At least it's quiet, for now....

At first I was unsure bit the room we had kinda grew on me. Parking is easy and u can park right outside ur room making unloading and loading super easy. And it's very affordable. There was only 1 person working and hewas the owner. He cleans, runs the desk and anything you need, he's on it.
