Guests appreciate the motel's prime location, which is perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The rooms are reasonably priced, making it an affordable choice for travelers on a budget. However, some guests have noted that the cleanliness and maintenance of certain aspects of the rooms could be improved. For example, the blinds and air conditioning units may not be up to the highest standards of cleanliness, and some guests have received half-used bottles of toiletries.

The rooms themselves are modest in size but still provide a comfortable stay for solo travelers or those on a short trip. While it may not be the ideal choice for families with children, the Heritage Inn is well-suited for individual business travelers or those seeking a no-frills, affordable place to rest.

Location was perfect. Room was priced well but blinds and inside AC unit were EXTREMELY dirty. Also, I was given a half used bottle of shampoo. Overall the room was small but sufficient for an out of town worker like myself. I would never bring my wife or kids though.

This property has older finishes that are well maintained. I parked 6 feet from my room. The clean bathroom was well appreciated and it even has a combination bath tub (many newer hotels only have showers). There is a refrigerator and microwave and the air conditioner works well. It was remarkably nice for the money. I did sleep in a room that once was a smoking room though and you can smell it. That was the only negative.

We stayed in a non smoking room recently. It is a small 30 room very cute motel with parking at your door. The motel had great curb appeal and was well lit up when we wrrived at 10:40 pm. The price seemed fine for $76.||The office closes at 8pm, but we were able to get our key through the mailbox. We were given a sheet with wifi instructions in the envelope. The instructions were incorrect and we were unable to log on to the wifi all night.||Our room was dated, furniture was old and bedspreads were ancient. This is 2016 and there were no charging ports on the night stand or any where else in the room for your cell phone or I pad. ||Room had a mini frig and microwave but did not have a coffee maker.||The bathroom had a ceiling tile with 2 big holes in it where an old light /heat lamp used to be. The toilet had the wrong shaped toilet seat installed on it. There was an old rusted metal mini blind on the window.||The most disgusting thing though was the clean towels that you are expected to dry yourself off with were set directly on top of the toilet tank. ||This is our first and definitely our last stay here. There are much better choices now in uniontown, if the owner does not improve the quality of these rooms he is going to be losing more n more business. The competition does not charge much more $ per day and you get so much more.

The bed in my room was without question the MOST uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on. The floor would have been better.
I had to fold the blanket over and lay on that just to get a tiny bit of comfort. Definitely would not recommend and would not go back.

It sufficed for a one night stay. The room was a bit outdated in my opinion. There are some good restaurants that are a short drive away. It was clean enough. For the value I'd stay here again. But wouldn't rush to come back.

Positive: It was clean though badly outdateed.. Negative: omigosh! The carpet was awful. The room was clean but the carpet was old and made me feel uneasy. the bedspreads were ancient. Again, clean but I felt like I was back in 1960. the A/C worked well -- was high up on the ceiling and I had to ask the owner to turn it on because I couldn't reach it. I'm short. I felt $78 was way out of line..

2024 - Friendly Staff, rooms could use an update, hair dryer didn't work, toilet was wobbly. Close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Less clean than previous visit but free of bugs.
2019 - Cleanish and cozy...

The room was clean and neat. what you would expect for 60 a night. new hard wood floors and modern locks are a plus.
$50 deposit is a minus.
