This place is a step into the past, furnished and decorated with antiques and quaint pieces throughout. If you want modern deco, it won't be for you. But it fits perfectly with the location and atmosphere, making a very comfortable, relaxing, romantic and welcoming place. Great for a couple's getaway or a family reunion, it's spacious and lovely. We actually cancelled some plans just to hang out and read and sip coffee and enjoy the place more. The hostess is friendly and accommodating, they had cookies and candy waiting, as well as a bottle of champagne in the fridge. Could use a couple upgrades, the kitchen has too many retired utensils and pans instead of having just a few, better quality items, and the dimmer switches feel as antique and fragile as some of the furniture. Maybe replace some fluorescent lighting with LED. But those are minor things, overall you feel like you're staying in someone's well cared for family home, and we loved it. Would definitely recommend and visit again if we're ever in the area.

My stay at Azalea Falls was nothing less than an amazing experience. The antiques and the other furnishings were phenomenal. Kathy was an amazing hostess and was there if we needed anything but stayed completely out of our way. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom that had a pool table. There were coffee makers in each room and Kathy had an abundance of food in case we forgot something. We will be back and stay longer. I hope to rent all three cabins the next time. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH AZALEA FALLS.

There are both pros and cons about our stay in the cabin. ||Pros- loved the location in the middle of the woods with the very large deck overlooking a cliff. Waterfall was dry but during rainy season the view of the falls would be great. Cabin was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Nice short hiking trail on property. Grandkids loved all the little dishes scattered throughout with candy. We don’t drink alcohol but the bottle of wine included was a nice touch. Wood burning fire place with a good stock of firewood is always a great feature during the winter. The propane grill appears to be new and was very clean. ||Cons-some people may like this but it was not for us. The clutter of Victorian furniture, nicknacks, plastic flowers, and pillows was just too much for us. Because of all the stuff in the cabin there was a lot of heavy dust on things. |The fragrance used in the cabin was peppermint and it was so strong it made our eyes water when we first arrived. After opening every door and window in the cabin for 4 hours it finally was bearable. ||We rent cabins in the Buffalo River area every fall. Although the price for the cabin was very reasonable it is not a place for us.

Wow! Is all I can say. Come get away from everything, and enjoy this beautiful place. We stayed in the 3 story lodge with a pool table. Great balconies and very high class cleaning.

There were seven of us senior citizens who stayed in this beautiful lodge at the beginning of November 2022. We stayed at this location because it is near Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch where we rented a 6 seated UTV for two half days. It was a short distance to the ranch. The lodge was well-equipped and very clean. We counted over 80 pieces of artwork that adorned the lodge. The kitchen was well-stocked and appliances worked well. There is not a washer/dryer, but the owner offered to wash any clothes we needed to have laundered. We did not have to impose on her. I normally would not have rented a lodge with so many stairs, but it was definitely worth the slight inconvenience. There are many stairs to enter the lodge and stairs up and down different levels within the lodge. Beds were very comfortable. I slept on the pull-out couch by the kitchen area - very comfortable. The master bathroom is good sized, but the other two are quite small. We had plenty of parking for three vehicles, and dropped our one UTV trailer at the parking area designated for trailers. The furnace worked well and kept us comfortable. We didn't light up either fireplace. My only recommendation would be some updates in the bathrooms such as shower heads and toilet seats. Otherwise, it was a totally awesome experience!! There is beautiful scenery all around including a waterfall. There is a lot of outdoor seating to enjoy the spectacular nature. It is definitely worth the winding drive to eat at Ozark Cafe at Jasper. We also enjoyed the food at Kingston Station. I would highly recommend this lodge! Just be aware, there is lots of stairs.

The entire lodge was incredibly clean and decked out with very exquisite art. Pool table lounge in the basement was fun as well. Kathy was truly hospitable and personally served us a wonderful breakfast. The king sized bed was great, the room was great, perfect temp. The bathroom and bedroom were big, nice looking and clean. You could tell they were very thoughtful in everything that included. Fridge was full though we did not partake. We stayed just one night in order to wake up and go four-wheeling the next day, but I would recommend this for anyone interested in a romantic weekend, family stay, or for whatever. If the weather is nice, they have a ton of outdoor seating. We stayed in the Beauty Lodge, which was cool since it overlooked the valley. Great stay.

Not only is the home big and beautiful, but the property has amazing hikes and views. Also, the service was amazing. We had an amazing homemade breakfast every morning. You don't find service like this very often.

Kathy went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 2 nights at the Beauty B&B and wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the whirlpool bathtub and comfortable bedding! We spent a good part of one morning hiking down to the waterfall and explored all around the bluffs. Lots of birds and wildlife in the area and it was so peaceful and quiet! We very much look forward to returning again soon! Great memories were made here!
