We have always had such an amazing experience when booking all our trips with Town and Country travel. They have opened my families eyes to different parts of the world starting with multiple trips to Mexico, over to Dublin, and a Disney Cruise for a family Christmas gift. We have plans to do a trip to Thailand, Japan and Australia and we would trust no one else to help us with our travel dreams.

I contacted Town and Country Travel to help me achieve a life-long dream of getting to see the ball drop in Time Square in person. I knew it would be difficult with COVID restrictions and needing a room with the view of it so we didn't need to be on the street. Not only was Krista very helpful and knowledgeable but she was so accommodating! We had to change people mid-plan as well as switch flights when ours was canceled. Throughout the process Krista was amazing! Our trip was everything I wanted and more and I can't wait to work with her again in the future. She is amazing and I'd completely recommend it if you're looking for a fun trip!!

I cannot tell the world how great the service is. I have worked with Krista and Diane over the years and would suggest to everyone that personal service over booking on line is a much more meaningful part of planning for your trip. Hawaii 2022 would never been able to do this without them.

Would definitely use Town and Country again for our next trip. We worked with Katie Halbur and she was awesome. From helping us pick the perfect location (Punta Cana Majestic Colonial resort) to getting us reservations at a restaurant prior to our arrival she was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional! There were 7 couples all together and we were flying in from a different airport. She was well organized and never more than a phone call away if we had questions. Great travel agency!

I don't usually put reviews or comments about a particular company/business unless they totally piss me off, but I must say Katie Halbur from Town & Country Travel did a wonderful job for our trip to Cozumel. She did so much for us before, during, and after our trip, unbelievable customer service. Just on a whim I decided to get pricing from her based on a Google search of nearby travel agents. She ended up being about $400 cheaper than other agents and when the trip got close she even got us a price decline when she saw that Secrets was advertising a special, like over $500 savings! We has some somewhat minor issues on our trip and she was able to make that right as well and quite honestly we didn't expect it. Anyway, I just thought that it was worth mentioning, people do go out of their way sometimes and I don't think many of us ever appreciate it or think about commending people/businesses when they do, only when we are dissatisfied do most of us get on social media to bring it to everyone's attention. So if you are thinking about a trip give her a shot and let her know you heard about her great service!
