If you like staying up close and personal to the stadiums and the bridges then this is the place to stay!

Front desk service was phenomenal. Every request I had they were prompt to take care of.

Room service could use some attention. Twice my bed was made completely improperly: sheets on wrong, fitted sheet completely not tightened down.

Parking is about 28/dollars a day and that was off season so keep that in mind if you need to park.

Great location and walking distance to anything in the city that is worth visiting.

Very good breakfast spread in the morning. The Hot water tap could use cleaned up though. I suspect just hard water.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Great location! The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! We stayed for three nights this last trip. It was opening weekend for the Pirates. We love that we can park our car and walk everywhere we want to go. I highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay! The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice having free breakfast, although I would honestly skip most of it and just go for the cinnamon rolls as they were the best thing they had. The pool is a bit small but great for kids who want to take a dip in the winter. Location has lots of great restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Our room was ready when we arrived. We were given a snack/beverage gift bag as members which was a nice touch. View of downtown was perfect. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Two of the charging outlets on the desk didn't work so we used the ones on the nightstand. Standard selection for breakfast. Plenty of seating. We stayed here before and will stay here again!

The draw here is the location. It’s right on the north shore by all of the stadiums and Stage AE. Parking is in the lot right next door for $28 a night, very convenient. The hotel itself is a bit rough. They originally put us in a room that was occupied by some workers doing work on the room. We had to go back downstairs to get another room - after 4 hours of driving we just wanted to relax. Only one elevator was operational, and it was incredibly slow - often stopping in the basement and just not restarting. We took the stairs up and down 7 flights several times…highly unenjoyable when you’ve had beer and nachos all night. The shower curtains don’t reach the floor so water gets all over the bathroom, feels gross. The air conditioner fan is crazy loud and there is a strobe light on the smoke detector or sprinkler that flashes all through the night. Beds were comfy and we actually enjoyed the city noise outside. If you don’t like the sound of cars, you’ll be very unhappy. I’ll try one of the other hotels on the north shore next time we’re back, I don’t see us staying here again.

Good location but not a great stay. A hostile receptionist still put me in a room directly above the freeway despite asking for elsewhere. Earplugs were required to sleep.|She didn’t mind giving me a room with a broken window blind which only opens a few inches. It only took 3 requests to find out that a new motor is on order apparently. Why on earth rent the room out? ||I am happy to check out today never to return.

Check in was slow, then we waited forever for the one operational elevator. When we got to our room, the door was ajar and the room was occupied by workers fixing stuff. They were rude and told us to just wait while they called downstairs. But they never communicated what was said after they did that. We tried to use the elevator to go back downstairs to the front desk but after waiting 10 min we just took the stairs. We got another room and then had to take the stairs up 7 flights to our room - this happened 3 or 4 more times over the course of our stay. The shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor so it’s soaked after a shower, gross. The a/c fan is so loud we just shut it off. There is a bright strobe light on the smoke detector or sprinklers that flashes all thru the night. Overall I’m so glad I only stayed a night, totally not worth the cost. Only positive is the location of this hotel.

Staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Pittsburg was an absolute pleasure! From check-in to check-out, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was super clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. A well equipped gym, nice indoor pool and a delicious complimentary breakfast made this a topnotch stay. It’s clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests. Can’t wait to visit again!
