I called CSE on recommendation from our propane supplier as our original installer went out of business. I had a non-emergency heat service issue on my condensing furnace and supplied the call taker with the trouble code and pertinent information. Nate, the service tech arrived on time and introduced himself in a professional manner and set to work. He came out with a couple options and we agreed to order the part, the main pressure switch, and have the repair completed at a later date. Nate left and returned a short while later after thinking about the issue and after a second check, he found the root cause which was a failed heat trace on the condensate line in the attic. A quick confirmation to repair the heat trace and he made the repair within the next two hours and had us up and running. Before he left, I asked him if the exterior condensate line would need to be insulated and/or have heat trace installed. After walking him over and putting hands and eyes on the exterior line, Nate looked in my eyes and told me there would be no issue as the condensate would be hot enough coming out of the attic to not freeze. I can tell you after experiencing the same symptoms before my initial call to CSE, I found the exterior condensate line frozen solid. Thankfully, I have a background with technical skills that I could fix the problem myself, applying heat trace, pipe insulation, and running a new outlet to the exterior where the condensate lines terminate outside. I'm not sure if Nate has either never encountered this before or lied to my face but if a service technician doesn't know a solution, they owe it to the customer and to their employer to find out a solution and present it.

My electric bill was $500 a month in the winter. I had Nate come in from CSE Mills within a short time he had my problem diagnosed and fixed. He went out of his way to be helpful and explain things to me. I would recommend him with 5 stars...hands down!! He was polite, quick, and cleaned up after himself. Now I'm excited for winter to come to see my savings!!

They have serviced my furnace for years. This past summer they installed a new heat pump for me. Great experience, the crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I'd like is if I were able to contact my local office in mifflintown without getting routed thru the other location. Not a big deal really cuz the receptionists are a pleasure to deal with, but you know when you place the call your going to bother one person just to get to the person you really need to talk to. Bottom line great company. I wouldn't use anybody else in our area

Nice repairman. He was on time the 1st visit. I scheduled a return time for repairs. They did not show up on the scheduled time. I waited one hour and called. The lady doing the scheduling forgot me and then I had to wait another two hours for the repair person to come. I did not get compensated in any way for their mistake. The original arrival time was 7:30 AM and needless to say, it was not the time I picked, it was the time they gave me. So, not showing up at that time, then finding out they forgot you and knowing appointment was made a week prior, did not make me happy.

Charged me $150 for a 10 minute service call to tell me my compressor was shot, then the tech proceeded to cannabalize parts off the broken unit without my permission. The parts he stole were worth more than what I had to pay for the service call. I will never again do business with such a despicable business.

Nice guys who do high quality work and make it look easy! Management worked with me over a very minor issue, and even went "above and beyond" what was necessary to help resolve it. I noticed that a lot of my other neighbors and friends have started to use them as well. With that said, I am sure I will have more work for them in the future, and would do business with them again.

Absolute crooks. Tried to charge me over 1400$ when they never even fixed the issue. I had to call a second hvac company in to fix it! I called in to CSE MULTIPLE times regarding the bill being incorrect and was told they'd call me back. Here I just got a letter from a collection agency and the manager is refusing to speak to me! Completely unacceptable. Please take your business elsewhere!!!!
