Our room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fresh and new. The bath towels were very nice. We stayed for two nights and the staff at the front desk was knowledgeable and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the warm cinnamon buns. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. My family loved the breakfast options, and the 24 hour availability and quality of beverage options ( coffee, tea, etc).

The rooms were spacious enough for 2 adults , my 11 year old and 2 year old grandkids. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

I would definitely stay here again or any other IHG hotel if this is the expectation .

Stayed for 2 nights over Thanksgiving holiday. The room was very clean, as were the public areas. I liked that they use eco friendly toiletries (large bottles attached to the wall), and provided wash cloths. The staff was friendly and there were ample choices for breakfast. It was an amazing value for the price!! I also noticed that the doors close quieter than other places we have stayed.

Excellent staff and facilities. Definitely one of the finest Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at. Room was clean, comfortable and modern in its features. I will drive out of my way to stay at this hotel when I'm in the area. Very nice breakfast too!

From check in to check out and in between every staff member was friendly and helpful. Rooms, dining area, and gym were all clean. They were accommodating to our dog and even loved getting some pets in themselves. I would stay here again. My only complaint (if you can call it one) is the breakfast is not very gluten free friendly. However, I am aware of my own allergies and usually try to pack my own food. I would still stay here again.

The way I grade my hotel experience is how I slept. I slept like I was home. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. They weren't too firm or too soft. Goldilocks would have a great night of sleep. In addition, it was a very quiet hotel. I was close to the elevator but I didn't hear anything. I'm already booked here for the Blue and White game and looking forward to a great night of sleep after all the festivities.

The front desk staff was very friendly. I liked their gym, small but got basic things you need and a water fountain. Breakfast was good. Free parking lot. Good experience at this hotel and would recommend!

From the moment I was dropped off at this establishment around 3 am

The gentleman at the front desk, Randy , I believe his name was.

He was great. He treated me and my service animals with friendly greeting And He brought my luggage up to my room!!

After that the girls in housekeeping up on the 4th floor were BEYOND helpful.

Starting with Erika THIS EMPLOYEE went WAY OUT OF HER WAY to help me track a business down and find my truck. Reason for my stay initially was vehicle troubles. So this woman took the time to find the business for me because she knew them and I was having a hard time getting through to anyone over at that diesel shop where my truck was towed to.

Erika even offered ro come pick me up amd take me to my truck over in Rebersburg about a half hour away. The next morning her cousin Shilla came to check on me and my Service animals and SHE ALSO OFFERED to go get me some food!! Very good people working here FOR SURE.

was amazing and beyond friendly she made us feel comfortable each morning amd she made sure we had all that we needed for the 3 day stay! The young man at the front desk worked with me on getting my rate down because of my circumstances and THAT was extremely helpful. I wish i had his name.
