My Mother booked a ride a week ahead of time. She called them to confirm, before her ride. They told her, she had been bumped for medical rides that took higher priority. She had called them! They had not bothered to call her. She was stuck. She had to cancel her appointment. Fortunately, she was not charged for canceling, or this would have been even worse. What a terrible way to treat someone who is relying on you.

These people provide a LOT especially considering the tiny budget they have to work with.
Everyone has to be somewhere > especially people who have (again) very little.
Schedule seems to be 9 to 3, M to F. Lunch is provided at a nominal cost. There are individual and group activities. I stumbled onto a Ti Chi class (every Friday at 1 pm) that is led by a most knowledgeable person.
Don't scoff you may be older and down trodden and need a place to go.
Another surprise > the very la Dee dah architectural firm of Linn is redoing the exterior.

Staff are wonderful,varied activities ,classes and lectures geared towards seniors and families.many outside activities also. Made several new friends, learned new skills,and have fun!

On a tiny budget with a limited staff these people work wonders. Trying to get transportation to PT or help an older home owner get a bit of maintenance? ASK these people.
