I got my transmission fluid changed there, boy was that a BIG mistake!! First when the "mechanic" came out he complained and said "why do I have to do this job" that was my cue to leave but unfortunately I stayed to have it done. Only to not be done incorrectly. Your supposed to get the transmission warm and the car level and let the extra fluid out a drain in front of the driver side tire. But he didn't do that, so he really had no idea if there was enough fluid in it or too little. He forgot to put the fill cap on. He said " I'm sorry I got to talking to the guys and forgot". Well about 2 or 3 weeks later my transmission went out. I had it towed there. They checked it out and said the fluid was the correct level after I told them he never checked it. They even admitted that he should have. Then the owner said he checked with Ford and these cars are known for bad transmissions. Well mine was fine before I went in
there. Now they want to charge ME $ 5500 for a rebuilt one!! If I could give negative stars I would. Please please don't go here not even for a bicycle repair!!

Great guys and knowledgeable. Awesome service: had an engine light come on Friday before Christmas at 4:30 PM and they didn't hesitate to investigate and made sure the car was ready for a road trip!

We got into a car accident on the i80 and had to call a tow truck. Luckily, we found H&W to come, truly friendly and honest staff. They were so quick in fixing our tires and trimmed our bumper so that we could be back on the road again! Would highly recommend for hospitality, efficiency, and great work.

Every time I speak with someone who uses them they have nothing but GREAT things to say about the service, pricing and general appearance of the garage. The shop mounted balanced new tires for great price. Suppose to align but noticed a issue that after it was fixed would have to realgn. So good service honest and saved me money. I recommend to others.
