Kelly RV dropped what they were doing, let me know where to find a weigh scale, and helped me get a PA41 sorted for a small camper on the spot that I bought ouy of state and that I had not bought from them and they still went out of their way to be neighborly and helpful. Bob the inspection mechanic was also very friendly and accomodating. Kelly RV is highly recommended.

It doesn't matter what RV you buy you will have problems with cheap parts. Just face it RVs now are worse than buying boats. If you buy an RV be for sure within the first couple days if not hours you'll find something wrong after you've left the store. dealers just sell the units and then try to make it the best I can. I'm personally in a brand new just a year old. It's on second furnace motor and it whines worse than the first one they got replaced. Manufacturer won't give me another one so you're stuck with the crap that got put in even though it wasn't any good. Thats how your warranties will work. Manufacture won't replace it even if it's bad and the dealer will only say hey man, we didn't build it. We just sell it. I'm currently living full-time in mine I'm sick and I have no heat or air-conditioning. Save your money. The market is only for the dealer and the seller. You will not be able to buy an RV that does not have problems all the time. It's just a fact of the matter. RVs are built cheap and sold high. this unit as I said, it's just over a year old and the roof is already starting delaminate. Avoid Northwood manufacturing at all cost.

First of these people saved our vacation. They not only had the part we needed but an updated/ upgraded version. They also stayed late for us to pick it up that night. I now lay here writing this review in a comfortable camper with AC thanks to this family owned and operated business.

Myself, wife, and 3 young daughters were visiting family with our camper. We drove up from Florida and everyone was tired and cranky when we arrived at 4:30pm. We set up and plugged in only to find out our converter was dead. With No power to the camper we weren’t sure what to do. First google result gave us a camping world 1.5 hours away. They said they had an exact match in stock so I started driving that way since they close at 7. Turns out camping world didn’t actually have it and there inventory was incorrect, but luckily I had not made it far from Milton. My wife back at the camper found a link to Kelly RV and gave them a call. She said they were super helpful and friendly. As mentioned before they had the updated part (at a great price) and stayed 30 minutes late for me to pick it up.

Ben and the whole crew at Kelly RV did fantastic job with the purchase of our Arctic Fox 27-5L. He walked us through the whole process from ordering the build to deliver. They even have you stay there a night in the RV to allow us to go through and check the whole RV over. Also you get a more personal service unlike other big dealers like CW. Thanks Kelly RV.

Ben, I wanted to thank you and your team for a great experience in purchasing our Arctic Fox 25R travel trailer. You took time with us in helping us make our decision but you were not pushy in any way. The delivery went well and there were no surprises. We appreciated the orientation by Steve which was very thorough and informative. Bob did a great job at getting us hitched up and teaching me the new load distributing hitch process. He was great at fixing the few little items that we did find......and he made sure that they were fixed right. Thanks for suggesting and having us spend the night as that got us very acquainted with our unit. It helped with giving us the confidence that everything was "right" with the trailer. I grew up camping and had always hoped to return to my roots. But I wanted something different, a camper that was solid, four-season ready, and able to be used with or without hookups. After one visit to a national RV chain, where it was made vividly clear that they really didn’t value my business nor had time for my questions, I was determined to find a better way to purchase our camper.

I discovered the Nash brand, a wonderful fit for our camping goals, but there were no dealerships in New England. Then I found Kelly RV, about a seven-hour drive from my home, but a family-owned dealership that carried Northwood products, including Nash.

I have to admit: I was not initially confident about trying to buy a camper hundreds of miles away. But my initial contact with Ben, a third-generation member of the family that founded the Kelly RV business, relieved my fears. He listened carefully to what we were looking for in a camper, asked many questions to clarify, then presented several options that could work well for us. Over two months and innumerable phone calls and emails, we drove to PA and picked out our Nash.

I’ve read SO many stories about shady dealerships delivering campers with significant issues. Kelly RV maintains a profound focus on quality and customer service. When we picked up our camper, we spend the first night on the dealership’s pad, testing everything and making sure it was ready to go. That was for our peace of mind, as every system had already been tested by Kelly RV’s team. We’ve camped in our Nash four times since September and have never had an issue. Even if we did, I’m sure Kelly RV would take of it.

I’m deeply grateful for Kelly RV. A family owned and operated business that believes in customer service and quality. It does not matter if you are close by or far away. They will engage you with professionalism and a beautiful vision of customer service.

Excellent service, extremely support, helpful, caring, friendly, and professional. In July off 2022 while travel south in our Winnebago motor home we had a complete house battery failure. They found a way to fit us in and identified the problem and get us 2 new batteries all witin a couple of hours so we could continue our trip.
Over a year later, when I need a copy of the sales receipt, they were happy to help and quickly were able to get it to me. Currently living in Florida and we have had to deal with several repairs (of course) so we have not been able to go back to Kelly RV and yet still my favorite experience.
