The employees are always happy to me. I had some things messed up with my bank card and it was fixed in no time. Without feeling like it was my fault and I'm sure it was my fault. Nice inside the credit union and nice atmosphere!!! I'm new here in Milton and pinpoint is definitely a positive thing for me. Keep up the good work girls you're great!!!

Crystal Lilley has been so kind and helpful during the years I have dealt with her, but she has gone above and beyond what I would expect from someone. Her kindness and helpful information dealing with the death of my son will not be forgotten. She is always a pleasure to deal with. If you have an employee of the year - she should be that person. When you actually love waking up 5 days a week and going to your job, Pinpoint Federal Credit Union makes it easy to do just that. I get my direct deposit sooner thanks to our new feature called XPRESS DEPOSIT. I love being able to turn my debit card off and on with our cool feature Card Valet. Then I don't have to worry about any possible fraud. Our app makes it quick and easy if I ever need to do a mobile deposit. Best job ever!

Absolutely love this bank. I'm so glad that I switched from a bank that was nothing but a hassle, to pinpoint. They not only offer everything you would need, but the customer service is a huge bonus. It's definitely been a huge step forward switching to them as well as the fact that I still get my direct deposits 2 days early like my online bank offered but with so many more benefits. Setting up my account was an extremely easy experience and Jamie was so friendly. I couldn't be happier.

I have always had a great experience whether it be in taking out a loan or helping with my share accounts. The products you offer are great, especially your share secured loans.
