I cannot thank Michelle L. enough for making my first Disney World trip an absolute breeze! Michelle did such a great job booking us a small trip to disneyland back in Sept 2021. She built us a guide where to park, what to do first and what to watch for since it was the first day of halloween overlay. When we needed help she was fast in responding. althought it was only 2 day thing we did most of our disney vacation than what we did by our self in may. Michelle made our first visit to Disney World an absolutely wonderful experience. Her knowledge and experience of the parks makes her the best! At the time we had small children. So this may seem like something benign, but knowing where the bathrooms are and recommending the best route from rides to our dining reservations, makes a world of difference for your experience! Michelle was amazing to work with. Planning a first ever trip to Disney World is daunting, but she helped us through everything: picking our resort, deciding on park tickets, dining plans and reservations. Michelle booked us our first choice FastPasses, even just days after the Christmas holiday. I had last minute questions the day before travel, and they were answered within a few minutes. She was in contact with us during our trip, too, but not in an invasive way at all! Michelle offered to book us more FastPasses, and she helped us find a better dining reservation mid-stay. I really feel like our trip would never have come off if it hadn't been for her help. We ended up having an amazing time - and we were Disney skeptics, so that's saying a lot!
