We have stayed in many IHG hotels, but this one is so far the best, from service and room design to the food quality for breakfast! We originally booked a two queen bed room to accommodate three of us. On the morning of our arrival, we received a call from a manager (Max - I hope I got his name correctly), who was caring about our sleep quality and offered to us to switch to a room with one King bed with a sofa bed, because he understood that we are light sleepers while the room we originally booked would be closer to the highway. His action was a pleasant surprise and beyond our expectation. We certainly accepted his suggestion! The room was spacious, with excellent layout, bright with natural light, and sparkling clean. We also love the decors. Overall, this has been a very impressive hotel and great stay. We will definitely come back and stay here every time we visit Pittsburgh.

Staff was excellent and gave high quality customer service. The shuttle service to and from PNC was great!!!! We never had to ask for anything because they anticipated any needs we had. The rooms were spotless! It was extremely quiet, especially considering they had two events going on. The staff never seemed stressed at all! Thank you for the great service!

Hotel was right by the highway so it was very noisy all night long with trucks going by. Not much lighting so the room was rather dark. It’s a shame that the location was so bad because it really was a nice hotel. Comfortable and well designed. But none of that matters if you can’t sleep. We had a room with two doubles. We asked to be on the quieter side but they don’t have any doubles on that side. Just kings. That seems like a big flaw in the layout. So if you just need one king, you’ll have a quieter stay.

The hotel is comfortable, modern with big clean rooms and great wifi. I would consider staying again. It's is about 2 miles from cmu pitt but it's all uphill the free shuttle service is a plus. The hardwood floors is a plus these days great fitness center.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but a friend of mine and I had dinner at the restaurant they have on property. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff that work at the bar/restaurant! Truly wonderful and incredible people working here !!!! Thank you so much for a great experience. Andrea and Gerald were incredibly friendly and personable from the moment we were sat! Great atmosphere and will be returning. The chicken caesar salad I ordered was perfect !!

Nice hotel with comfy bed and friendly staff, but there were three cons... Very dark rooms even with all lights on, thin walls and no microwave available.
The roof top view was beautiful, but too cold to hang out during our stay.

I had a 3-night stay for work and barely slept any of the nights. The walls and windows must lack insulation and double pain as I heard every thing and I am NOT a light sleeper.

I was on the 5th floor and I could hear other guests coming into the hotel as if they were right outside my window. I woke up hearing the guest next to my room going into their closet and scrapping hangers across the clothes rack.

I’ve seen other hotel indigos and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. This hotel is beautiful and unique in its decor, and the food at the restaurant is pretty good. I am scheduled to come back to Pittsburgh, but will be staying in another hotel.

Hotel is beautiful. Location is convenient to downtown. Parking is great. Rooms and bathrooms are elegant. Cons. The resturant is understaffed and the sever was rude. For breakfast we waited 20 minutes and never got served. For dinner one night, the server got literally got mad when more people came to our group dinner. The next night we had a reservation for 20- they called our host and cancelled the reservation on us.
Road noise on the side with queen bed is insane! I felt like I was sleeping on the interstate. They moved us to the side with the king bed, and that was better, but messed with our sleeping arrangements since we were a group of 4. Overall great place. Don’t eat there, get a king bed and it will be 10/10.
