Recently, we teamed up for a wedding that, despite months of planning, had one of those days where there were week of changes—and some very last-minute adjustments. Through all the chaos, Jessica was a calming force, handling everything with grace, precision, and a sense of humor that kept everyone at ease.

What impressed me most was Jessica's ability to adapt to the challenges without missing a beat. When the schedule shifted unexpectedly, Jessica quickly coordinated with all the vendors, keeping the event on track and making sure the bride and groom were none the wiser to the behind-the-scenes madness. Sarah at 828 planning is truly the best! I wanted to be involved in the planning process as much as possible but really needed someone to help bring my vision to life and keep me on track. Sarah helped keep our priorities straight while providing great suggestions and recommendations for different vendors or possibilities within the space. To say she’s on top of it is an understatement. She worked with all of our vendors to coordinate the perfect timeline and we didn’t need to lift a finger. After each meeting she’d send an organized follow up email listing top priorities and open items with links to everything we needed to access which was a life saver! She’s also just the sweetest and most fun person and was such a big part of our day! Couldn’t recommend her or 828 planning enough!!

Wow!! Where do I begin. Having my daughter's wedding at 14Tenn was the absolute best decision ever. From the minute we picked the venue to the very end, they were there every step of they way to help. The 828 Planning team was amazing and so organized which is a must when planning a wedding. Sarah Hodges was the absolute best! We started meeting with her two months before the wedding and she was incredibly organized, friendly, and helpful. My daughter's ceremony was at Cathedral of the Incarnation Catholic Church. Sarah helped run the ceremony at the church; we truly couldn't have done it without her help. Everyone at 14Tenn was amazing. Courtney and Emily were fantastic, they helped at the reception, manage the bar staff, and manage clean up. They had everything packed up so nicely for us to pickup the next morning which was so easy and convenient especially after a late night.
I highly recommend 14Tenn for any kind of event that you need. As the mother of the bride, they made my daughter's wedding and reception so easy and stress free!

Working with 828 Planning, especially Lindsay, was truly such a joy! I did the month-of coordination option and got to work with Lindsay, and I am so so so happy I decided to book this coordinator option. Lindsay is so incredibly organized, experienced, professional, and calming. Leading up to the wedding, we had several calls to make sure that all of my dreams, plans and visions would come true, and Lindsay made sure that happened. She took away sooooo much stress from wedding planning and I really leaned on her, and I am so happy that I did.
