We slept well, nice beds & quiet. The room we slept in was #122 right by lobby which is what we asked for. The staff is very friendly SMS ready to help with any needs. Breakfast is basic items with only hot item being waffles…. The rest continental style with cereal, toast, muffins and bagels. A good variety bowl of fruits. Oh and there were yogurts. The hotel needs some updating and maintenance done, (wall damage, trim pieces broken.) The windows REALLY need cleaned!! The floor needs cleaned as well, didn’t seem to be swept before we moved in?! It NEEDS mopped/cleaned! Wearing socks because it is bare floors, no carpet. My socks started getting dirty immediately after only walking around for a very short time.

The experience was bad!|From clattering of the air conditioning unit early in the morning, door knob almost falling of in bathroom, poorly done remodeling in bathroom. |To the unappetizing breakfast. |Cold water in hot pot container for tea, lack of all utensils for eating. Lack of any nutritional food. When attendant at front desk was told about lack of attention to breakfast bar we are not even sure if he heard us! |Because he had earbuds in his ear and was looking on his phone. Where is the pride!!!!|This hotel needs desperate leadership. We do not normally complain about things but this place is poorly run.

The hotel has potential. But there’s some things that need to be addressed before it can be great.

At check-in the staff was very friendly and I felt welcome.

When I got my room key and entered the room, I got slapped with a mixture of mold and a strong rusty smell. The bathroom has a hole in the ceiling from water damage, the towels had old stains, the sofa had dirt from the previous guests I’m guessing and the bed didn’t smell clean.

Breakfast: the yogurt was bad(chunky and sour) the fruit was looking rough. The only thing actually edible was the waffles that you make yourself.

Overall like I said before. It has potential. The staff is nice. But maintaining the rooms clean, decent food and fixing the actual hole in the ceilings are also VERY important.

Might have been the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Simple counter tops were not wiped down. Toilet was not cleaned. It seemed so bad I was unsure the linens were even clean for how unclean everything else seemed.
I was happy I was only there for less than 10 hrs. I have stayed at nicer youth hostels.

Do not stay here. Its filthy and smells dirty. There were giant water stains on the ceiling of my room. Obvious dirt in carpets. My room smelled like an unflushed toilet. The toilet wouldnt fluah adequately. I checked out after one night of a 4 night stay and went to a competitor.

Just as other reviews stated, elevators did not work you are instructed to take the stairs. Stairs haven’t been vacuumed in a while. Definite smells of cigarettes, weed and just overall musky smell. Walked into the room flipped on lights and roaches started crawling up the wall.

Don’t let the outside deceive you! It’s been remodeled outside but not inside. Didn’t want to waste anytime taking photos, just trust me!

Save yourself the experience! Just don’t do it! Upon walking in, I became very concerned. The pungent smell of weed and cigarette smoke was overpowering. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the rooms were okay.

After signing in, we were instructed to take the stairs because the elevators were broken. Walking up the stairs you could see the lack of cleanliness. We entered the room and immediately saw roaches crawling the walls. We literally turned around, closed the door and left.

We were told that they could not give us a refund but would be happy to put us in a different room. I graciously declined.

The remodeled outside is very deceiving. The inside is not even close to acceptable. All I can do is repeat the importance of saving yourself the experience! Really!

Well, priceline got me a deal. Only 100 dollars. Not worth it, checked in and this hotel has been rode hard and put away wet.

Was advised not to park in the back, lots of break-ins the night before.

Toilet seat is grey, not white from being worn out.
