I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life but this has to be the worst ever.
When I checked in I told the lady at the desk I work the night shift I understand that you have construction going on on your hotel but I don't want to wake up to saws and hammering going on below or above me she put me on the top floor and assured me that if anything disturbed my sleep to let her know and she would take care of it
I went in that night worked 13 hours got back to my room got a shower laid down twenty minutes full on construction right below me I called the front desk she assured me that she was taking care of it twenty minutes of sleep is all I got because she never took care of anything when I got ready for work that evening they were still banging and sawing I asked for a refund for Tuesday anyone want to guess what they told me $348 for three days I'm going to upload pictures of the hotel because I think it's my duty to let people know what to expect when staying there so they aren't robbed for $350 there is absolutely no water pressure and the hotel smells like big spray The courtyard Marriott is the same price and a much nicer cleaner quieter hotel which is why I'm here now IF THE OWNER WOULD LIKE TO REFUND MY STAY ON TUESDAY I WOULD BE WILLING TO RETRACT THIS POST AND PHOTOS

Showed up late (after 10pm) from a long day of traveling with no reservation. Desk manager was friendly, rate was nearly half of the Hampton Inn down the street and the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is currently being renovated so there's some construction related mess in the hallways, but that's to be expected. My only real complaint about the room is that the water pressure for the shower is a bit lacking.

Had zero issues with my room! Was worried about reviews with all hotels in the area. Safe to say this one was more we thought. We had newly remodeled rooms on the 3rd floor and was well worth the money. If you’re scared just ask to have rooms on the 3rd floor or ones that have been remodeled.

Worst experience 2 months after staying here! Room was ok. Not fancy but clean enough. We had gotten the spa bath room for 188.00. The tub didn't bubble but there was plenty of hot water. We went with it and all was fine.
Fast forward a little more than 2 months and I seea hotel charge on my card and they say they had some problem on their end and are charging me now for that previous stay. No notice no call or email nothing. Will never return.

I understand the hotel is being renovated but maybe put guests in already renovated rooms. Tub trim off, towel rack half hanging off the wall, door panel to room half off. At least the linens were nice. No hot breakfast because manager said not enough guests so he didn't make it. But said he could heat something up. Not worth the $150 night plus pet fee.

Ok first off no refunds . I booked online thru Expedia, stayed at many best westerns nice, clean, but this one is not. So much wrong with it. First off was told they had no kings size beds, I booked a king.. they give me a room 2 queens . Bathroom has a drop ceiling , we'll black mold ,stains , room was not even made. Bed was as pictured... Went to lobby asked for refund, we'll we don't do refunds. Want different room? Sure so 2nd room bathroom same condition , weird smell , not good. Back to lobby i complain that I booked a king wanted a king false advertisement when I booked . So he calls owner , she says give him a king room with jacuzzi. What you have a king? We'll i look at the room. It's cleaner, not Best Western quality. I gotta stay since no refunds. So sure , I shower then look at the jacuzzi, fill it up and.it don't work.... wtf... Top it all off the place is under construction. Halls a mess , parts of walls missing. Never will stay the best Western again. I stay a week every month at hotels for work. Yall lost this customer. Beware do not stay here

This hotel was under renovation and very messy and noisy. Perhaps when it's all done, it will be a lot better. Pet fee added $50 to the cost, which is pretty high for this level of hotel. Would have been better to have ground level floors with laminate flooring for pets. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, not great, but we didn't go hungry. Area felt safe. One restaurant in walking distance, tons more just a few miles away.

Starting with the positive side, the employees were very nice, and if you like Indian food the whole place smelled like it. Unfortunately once we got to our room the smell of Indian food was replaced with the smell of mold/mildew. Come to find out the bottom of the pull out bed was covered in mold. The mattress on the pull out bed was pathetic, more springs than mattress it was in desperate need of replacement. The main bed wasn’t much better, we tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable and woke up sore all over. The toilet wouldn’t flush and was leaking from around the seal at the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Just overall disappointed and disgusted at this hotel. Save yourself the pain and discomfort and stay somewhere else!
