This Valvoline has been servicing my cars since the day it opened, since I work at home my cars don't move often but when I bring my vehicle in they always give it a thorough look over. The team here is awesome, always great quality work and they don't waste time and the customer service there is top notch. Shout out to Drake, Kobe, and JD !

When I pulled up to get my oil changed the 3 bays were full so they directed me to bay 2. About 10 minutes later another car pulled up and they directed them to Bay 1. Bay 1 finished before Bay 2 so even though I pulled up first, I had to wait about 10 minutes longer for Bay 2 to open. My oil change was 90.00 and my fluids were not even topped off (windshield wiper fluid). Lastly the sticker they printed for my windshield says next oil change at 81, 714 miles… ok what kinda oil do y'all put in cars because my vehicle has 48,786 miles on it and I’ve never heard of a 40,000 mile oil change!! All these mistakes make me question the quality and care of my whole oil change. Did they even put right vehicle in the computer ? Did they put in the right oil? Did they even really take the time to do the 18 point inspection that is advertised? Valvoline is not price competitive enough to make these mistakes as the Toyota dealership is 10.00 cheaper. You may be faster than the dealership, but quality and peace of mind my vehicle is correctly taken care of mean more than a 10 minute service that actually was about 45 minutes. Skip this place, make an appointment at the dealership.

Went in early this morning for an oil change. Full service oil change. First time using them and I was very pleased. 5 stars for them all, the young men were very nice explained every step and were fast and efficient and clean. I had 2 brake lights out and didn't know it and they told me and took care of it quickly and at a reasonable price. I may have driven 20 miles to get an oil change but well worth it! This will be my choice for oil change and great service from now on.

Brian the new store manager greeted me when I pulled in and I explained my issue. He did a full fluids check on the car and also did a battery test. After the test he found that it needed to be replaced. He quickly priced one out for me and replaced it. All of this was within 40 minutes. Great service and great staff! I always have a great experience when I go to this location.
