This was our first stay at this hotel but we are frequent visitors to the Huntsville area with family who live there. I was impressed with the cleanliness, quiet and quality of this property. They have just completed a renovation, but the high ratings were from previous to that, and the reno only made it better! The room was spacious, loved the new flooring and the bed was wonderful. We will return - and the warmth of the employees made it even better.

This hotel is beyond wonderful. The staff is some of the best people I have ever encountered. They are all warm and friendly, and I will say this is a reflection of the GM, Charles. He has done a great job of putting together a wonderful team. The breakfast is great on a daily basis. The breakfast staff takes pride in delivering a wonderful breakfast every morning. The front desk is exceptional. They get to know you and your request. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is quiet. It truly is an exceptional hotel. This is my go to hotel when I’m in Huntsville. I always feel welcomed. Great job!

My husband and I, along with two grandchildren, recently had a fabulous stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Huntsville West - Research Park, Alabama. Our stay was from March 12 until March 16. ||We are in our 80’s and have traveled through 49 states staying at various lodgings. Usually on these stays there may be a few employees who are exceptional, but this hotel had only outstanding staff. We have never felt more welcomed and cared for. I was impressed when I called the front desk prior tour arrival and spoke with “Shalonda,” who answered my questions in a courteous and informative manner. Our request for a room near the elevator was met. ||Upon our arrival the desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. Our room was perfect. During our stay renovation was being done on the first floor. This large project was being handled without interfering with any guest services. ||Initially we were to leave on March 15, but severe weather was forecast throughout several states and we were uncertain about traveling home. I mentioned this to “Brenda,” and she went out of her way to assure us that we could decide about staying later closer to our departure. We were on the fourth floor and asked to be moved to the first floor due to our limited mobility in case the electricity would go off in the storm. She was most kind and moved us to a first floor room being renovated, but very near completion. Brenda checked on us daily, and we enjoyed our many conversations. ||Usually breakfast buffets are basically the same, but not at this hotel. The food was well prepared and Betty, the hostess, was exceptional!!! She made sure each and every one was taken care of. Betty circulated through the dining area, stopping at tables and greeting each person, offering her help.||When we checked out, we felt like we were leaving friends. This is certainly an exceptional hotel with very dedicated and caring staff.

This hotel hands down is the best to stay at in Guymon. Have stayed in several hotels in Guymon over thw yeara and by far thia one is the best in my opinion. They are pet friendly and don't charge outrageous pricea per night like other hotels in Guymon. The front desk staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome not only when you check-in but throughout your stay. You won't be disappointed by staying here!

I had a great experience at this hotel, rating it 8/10. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was a solid stay, and I’d definitely consider returning!

The staff there is always friendly and very helpful everytime I come in town. This is one of my first and favorite hotels. Always have a positive experience during my stay here. Thanks so much for always being a great hotel. Best in the City.

I have always loved this property for consistently delivering first class accommodation and service. I have stayed here for years and always come back when I stay in Huntsville. The rooms are clean and modern and quiet. The breakfast is always great plus the cinnamon rolls. I will be back.

Newly renovated and clean rooms, I travel for work and use only holiday inn express. One of my top 3 stays in 2 years. Just needs more diamond elite parking.
