We are staying here with a group of Track and Field athletes for the State Meet. The weather was completely uncooperative, causing us to need to extend our stay (3 rooms). Emily and Elizabeth were incredibly kind and helpful with that task. They were able to work things out so that we would not have to change rooms. Every other employee we have spoken with has also been helpful. With a hotel full of teenage athletes, they worked to keep the hotel clean, the food area prepped and stocked throughout breakfast, and the coffee hot and full. Our rooms were clean and well-kept. Thank you all for taking good care of our athletes.

I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Emily and Elizabeth. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their professionalism and warm personalities made a great impression, and they truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. Chip had gone above to make sure our stay was the best! Best cleaning ladies I have ever had, Alicia the cleaner was so personal when she helped my mom with our room many times because we had a virus and was stuck in the room. The male cook that does breakfast I can’t remember his name is the nicest guy around, making breakfast daily with a smile. Best hotel experience ever! Thank you keep up the wonderful hospitality . We had to stay while our house was being renovated.

Good breakfast, nice pool, clean/modern room. However, the main entrance of the hotel was a designated SMOKING area. Every single time we entered/exited the hotel, we had to walk through and breathe secondhand cigarette smoke. I don't see how this isn't a city code violation. Most public places don't allow smoking at the entrances/exits but this hotel seemed to celebrate it as there was a beautiful patio with plenty of seating which encouraged people to linger and smoke. This caused significant problems for a member of my family who has COPD. I was told they would "try to have the guests stand further away from the door", but nothing was actually done to resolve the issue. Because of this, even as a Hilton Honors member, I won't be staying here again.

Hotel still has that new feel. Everything was clean and fresh. Room was very well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out. Lots of outlets, kitchenette, large tv, comfortable bed. And very clean. Gym was good. Breakfast was good, there was enough of a selection for a quick bite. Only complaint was the driveway entrance was very hard to see in the dark, definitely needs some type of lighting.

Great place. After spending all day in the car we simply had to stop over on our way to Florida. It was late, we were tired. William at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly. Made sure all the kids had a little treat.

I would love to say the staff is amazing shout out to Elizabeth and Emily they always ready and willing to help with any problems! If your looking for a nice place to stay this is place. All the other staff are amazing as well.I forgot to mention the man the mith Mr Dwight the cook in the mornings very nice and always ready to help in anyway!! And I can forget about my man Chip he is awesome I will always stay here when I come to cullman!! Thanks for the awesome hospitality and service.

Do not book this hotel through Priceline! We arrived and were told they do not do business with Priceline and had cancelled our reservation on the day it came in. Priceline should have notified us of this and contacted us. Instead we arrived after a long drive to find out we didn’t have a room.

The hotel staff was very nice and they did have rooms available, thank goodness. Unfortunately, not at the price we had already paid, in full, to Priceline. We had to call Priceline and get a refund.
The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. I recommend the hotel, just make sure you book directly through them or Hilton honors. Lesson learned!
