Exceeded our expectations! Heat/air was comfortable. Towels, amenities. Great Breakfast. Only drawback, bathroom was rather small. Loved the Keurig! Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone visiting Fairhope. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and were probably recently renovated because everything appeared brand new. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked great. I will stay here again the next time I visit Fairhope.

Positive: Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Negative: Room was not as advertised. Did not have the pull out couch. Was supposed to hear back on messed up reservation the next day. That was four days ago and still haven?t heard back.

Glad to see this hotel being renovated and new furniture in the lobby area. Nice place to sit relax and read.

Love the new shades covering the window in room, no more curtains.

Reservation was for room with 2 queen beds, but when checked in only got 1 queen. Person at check in was able to change to different room with 2 beds.

Only complaint was at breakfast where the cleaning staff congregated by the entrance and was very loud and annoying.

Breakfast food was good and plentiful, but management should have broken up the noisy congregation of at least 6 people.

My room was clean enough, but that was the biggest plus. The TV wasn't working, the hairdryer only worked on cool and low and there was one desk chair and one uncomfortable armless chair in the room, so no seating except to sit on the bed. I didn't complain about the tv or hair dryer because they were minor inconveniences, but I would have expected a working television.
The room was very gray with not even a picture on the walls. It looked like a hospital room to me. While I don't expect decor it was just really....depressing looking.
The elevator was really creaky and a bit shaky. There was a sign in it that said there was a remodel going on, but I don't know what was being remodeled.
All in all, the bed felt clean and the bathroom was clean enough so the room served it's purpose but there are other choices in the area so I wouldn't stay again. There was no carpet which was nice, although I did spill a bit of water on the floor and when I wiped it with a towel the towel came away kind of dirty, so that had me wondering if it had been mopped.

This stay was OK, but the air conditioner was loud and the walls are thin. The room was fairly clean, but not great. Breakfast was reasonable. The staff were friendly, but I don't think I'd stay here again.

We have had good luck with Holiday inn on our travels. Not so with this one. Despite lots of signs saying it was remodeling we saw no sign saying when or work in progress. The bathroom was the worst, to the extent that my wife refused to shower in it. The carpet in the hallways appeared dirty and the elevator was the slowest we have encountered and did not sound too good.

We were on a five week trip, this was not only the worst stop but the second most expensive.

While we will continue to patronize Holiday Inn, we will not be returning to this one.

The room was very clean and the employees were extremely nice.|Morning meal was good. Hotel decorated nice. Free cookies were good. The Only negative was the poor Wi-Fi. We were on the 3rd floor and the wi-fi was so weak it failed every few seconds.
