I was previously with another company and just simply did not have effective communication with the administration when it came to my father's care. HomeHelpers was just the opposite. Their administrative staff is both professional and attentive to every aspect of the patient's care. Every caretaker that has been to my home has treated my father as if he were their own. I have felt totally at ease and confident that he was in good hands. Thank you for the wonderful service that you provide.

I was in the dark when it came time to seeking home help for a 93 year old relative. But after a little research I found the perfect company right in her hometown of Prattville, Alabama. Home Helpers provided a really good lady to come in an assist my aunt who initially was against any type of help. Being very independent all her life made it very difficult for my aunt to acknowledge she was in need of daily assistance. But Home Helpers found a great match to assist my aunt and everything has gone much better than I would ever of thought. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Helpers to anyone in need of home help. Two big thumbs up for all of the outstanding help provided to date.

My mom was being cared by another company when it was suggested I switch to Home Helper’s, I trusted the person so I did. Very good decision! Loved the way I was asked what I needed for my mom as her primary caregiver. I really wanted someone to match my mom, and I got her🙂 To put the icing on the cake the first day we got a caregiver someone from the office came with her to formerly introduce her to my mother and I……….WOW!!!!!

I was recently in need of in home care following surgery. I interviewed a number of companies prior to my procedure. Home Helpers In-Home Care provided the comprehensive care I was seeking. They provided detailed explanations of their services and fees. There were no surprises. They were professional and responsive to my needs. They listened and included my input in my plan of care. The caregivers assigned were professional, compassionate and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I have used Home Helpers in Prattville, AL for assistance with my father for two years. Home Helpers was always available via phone call - whether it was a question about charges, a schedule change, or simply to discuss options for making my father's life as full and independent as possible. Whenever we had issues, they were available to get us back on track. They provided whatever assistance or guidance we needed. Specifically, we have used them for daily caregiver duties (light cleaning, transportation, medicine-taking supervision, help with laundry, cooking, etc.) as well as a deep clean of the home after he passed away from Covid related illness in January, 2021. I recommend them with the highest rating for their exemplary service!
