We had a fantastic experience with Nick for our visit to Magnolia Plantation in Charleston! He made all the arrangements seamlessly and even accommodated an earlier pick-up in a beautifully clean vehicle. His dinner recommendation was spot-on as well. My wife and I booked a tour of the Middleton Plantation with Chicora tours and we couldn’t be happier that we did.
Matt was our tour operator/ guide and not only did we get an amazing history lesson on our way to and from the plantation, Matt was extremely generous with his time and extended our planned tour time and took us all through downtown, stopping to share even more history of not only Charleston and the historical buildings, but the families and individuals who were integral in shaping the history of our country.
We are so thankful for the experience, and couldn’t recommend Chicora Tours enough.
The communication throughout from pre-tour and our initial meeting all the way through to tour completion was top-notch.

My sister and I cannot say enough good things about Nick, our personal tour guide. He drove us everywhere and gave us so much wonderful historical information. He stopped and hit all the fabulous spots. I highly recommend booking this tour at the begging of your stay in Charleston.

We were in beautiful Charleston for a Mother/Daughters weekend and took a private car tour with Nicholas. He is a great driver, went slow enough for us to see everything and navigated the narrow historic sections easily. The tour included our requested sites. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We peppered Nicholas with questions and he knew all the answers. Lovely time in a beautiful city.

We had such a great experience with Chicora. Nick the owner was our driver to Middleton Place. He was so nice and personable and shared lots of information on the drive to and from Middleton. The tour we booked through Chicora was wonderful with an amazing lunch that was included. On the way back Nick went out of his way to show us something outside of the tour that we wanted to see. Definitely would recommend this company.
