A Taste of Greece… Right on Easy Street!

What a gem in Carefree! Athens on Easy Street lives up to its name — it's the easy route straight to delicious Greek flavors.

As frequent visitors to Greece and lovers of Greek cuisine across Europe, we were genuinely impressed. The patio dining was lovely, and the food? Absolutely spot on. The Greek salad was a full meal on its own — fresh vegetables, real feta, and gyros done just right.

The staff is friendly, the prices are more than fair, and while the interior could feel a touch more authentic, it’s the food that truly matters — and that was a 10 out of 10.

If you're looking to taste a slice of Greece in Arizona, make sure to stop here. You'll leave full, happy, and maybe dreaming of the Aegean.

Outstanding Greek cuisine - excellent variety of seafood, lamb, chicken and many traditional specialities. All made with top quality ingredients, attention to detail, and a very skilled sense of taste, seasoning, and balance.

Particularly recommend the lamb kleftiko (leg of lamb, tender and cooked to perfection), the branzino (whole fish), again, perfect. Even simple appetizers like the gyros-fries were way better than I thought. Everybody, including the picky eaters, in our party of twelve LOVED their meal. Best part - prices were VERY reasonable, especially considering the overall quality.

I have cooked and dined at Greek restaurants in most of the larger cities in the U.S., and can honestly say the food here was among the very best. Outstanding.

Oh man, the food, the people, the experience overall was 10 out of 10. Come here and have a seat on the patio. It’s lovely.

Woah! This dive was one of the highlights of our trip! The food was amazingly fresh! We started out with the olives and pita. We both had a Greek salad and finished with sharing a platter.
Service was incredible and we felt very attended to. We actually would up eating here twice on our vacation!

Solid place to dine in Carefree. We had the mezz plate where you can pick three dips. The spicy feta was good. We had a mixed platter and my friend like the grilled chicken wrap. The octopus with the lentils was also very delicious.
