Rooms are spacious and feel luxurious the moment you walk in! Every staff member we encountered was incredible (special shout-out to Marissa at the Front Desk, and Patrick with Valet) and made us feel more like family than other properties we've visited. Pools were busy for the holiday weekend but it quieted down once F&B service shut down, and we were able to swim laps!
10/10 will be returning!

Mountain Shadows was the perfect place for our annual girls trip. Their service and amenities are outstanding. The property is beautiful and offers everything you need for a perfect stay. Hannah Reidman, Sydnee Ryder and Coty Weiss were instrumental in planning my trip. Hannah guided me and helped plan each activity. They all are professional, friendly and were willing to help with anything I needed. True assets to your organization. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Had such a wonderful stay at Mountain Shadows Resort in Scottsdale, AZ! Stayed for 5 nights and easily could’ve doubled it. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Loved the shower! Room service was quick and painless. Would love to come back with a group!

This is the perfect hotel. The rooms are amazing. The staff is beyond friendly and the food and drinks are fabulous. There is nothing I would change. If you need a peaceful and elegant get away this is your place. The pool is also fabulous. Great music and guests.

Overall this hotel is a gem. It’s tucked away and serene yet lively with a DJ at the pool and an incredible breakfast that we loved everyday. Brendan at the front valet was amazing - attentive, hard working and always there to welcome us to and from. He was excellent! The entire staff was great. Thank you

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Mountain Shadows! The location is fantastic — close to downtown Scottsdale but far enough away to feel quiet and serene. Every staff member is smiling and has a positive, helpful attitude. Rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Views are beautiful. The par 3 course is great — my 14 year old son and I played two fun rounds. The Rusty’s staff and golf staff took great care of us. Rental clubs were great (Ping G440s in great shape). Finally, we had fantastic meals at the restaurant — get the pork chop!!

Melissa at the restaurant is warm, fantastic and makes a great macchiato. She remembered my order and name day 2. Hard to find and hire fantastic people like her. Hotel was nice and grounds were great as well. Thanks for the trip here - beautiful area.

Mountain Shadows never disappoints. Been an in house guest once and the service was superb. Came in for drinks this evening with co workers and Rhonda took exceptional care of us in the bar. She provided amazing service as well as knowledgeable food and drink suggestions and descriptions. Definitely will sit in the lounge/bar and ask for Rhonda again. She will go far at Mountain Shadows!!! 4 diamond service from her.
