We had an amazing private chef dinner at our Company Christmas party held at a beautiful home we rented in Scottsdale, and Culinary Brigade was amazing from the moment they walked in the door! The menu of food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the cleanup, impeccable! Thank you to Rudolpho and his fabulous team for making this evening so special for all 17 of us who shared in the fun evening. We'll be booking our holiday gathering again and I'll be recommending to my clients in the future!

The entire process, start to finish was great. Most notably the care , professionalism, hospitality and skill of the chef Cesar was second to none.

The booking process, accommodations to our dietary needs, menu planning throughout, made our arrangements a breeze, even though I know I went back and forth a few times, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

The food blew away our guests and Cesar really elevated our evening. Without question the food was the highlight, but the whole experience was stellar

For months I was excited to have Chef Rodolfo come to my house to serve dinner with 8 classmates from Iowa. I spoke with Rodolfo and confirmed that he was available on Friday, Sept 8. The day came and prior to his arrival I told the surprise to my classmates. We were all very excited! At 530 pm I opened the door and to my surprise Chef Rodolfo was not at the door. Another Chef came and I asked where Chef Rodolfo was and the chef said he had another commitment. I was surprised and felt disappointed since he didn't even consider the courtesy to call me. I understand there probably are more important people in the world and things may happen.... but as a courtesy please call your customer as I told my guests all about Chef Rodolfo. The food overall was good except the bread pudding was burnt and dry! I had a selection of over 30 chefs to choose from I chose Chef Rodolfo. If I ever do this again as this was my first time I will call the day of to make sure the Chef that I researched and chose shows up.

We really loved our time with Chef Rodolfo. His food was delicious. He was super accommodating and always checked in to see if we needed anything else before he arrived. It was a great experience and I would definitely hire him again. He has some really great stories from his years of work.

We used Rodolfo’s company 4 times during our recent stay in Scottsdale. Each meal was impeccably prepared, delicious, and the kitchen was spotless afterwards. We also had special dietary needs and a family member with a health issue to contend with, which he handled with grace. I give him, his team, and the company my highest recommendation.
