I got married at Horsehead Lake Lodge on May 19, 2024, and it was magical! The natural beauty of the lake and the exceptional service from Scott made our day perfect. The venue was stunning and well-maintained. Our guests were impressed with the location, amenities, and warm hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable as well. We are incredibly grateful to Horsehead Lake Lodge and Scott for making our wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommend!

just out of a stroke of luck we came across Horsehead Lake Lodge after a quick Google search for potential wedding venues. my fiance and I had already decided we did not want to get married in the UK as it just didn't seem like our style.

we loved what we saw and got in touch with Scott, Scott from start to finish has been an outstanding professional and more importantly personal who's been able to relate to every detail we have been looking for for our big day.

We stayed in contact with Scott for the last couple of months and arranged to come visit the venue and planned our trip over to Arkansas and stayed at the venue overnight as Scott insisted on our getting a first hand experience on what it's like at the Lodge.

we visited on the 26th, and as soon as we entered the reception hall and saw the view, I burst into tears with disbelief with how beautiful everything was. he showed us around the entire Lodge and I was speechless at just how breathtaking each part was.
We spent the night inside the Lodge Cabin, with full use of the fire pits which Scott kindly brought over some firewood and Wendy supplied a couple tools to make stores in the evening as well as using the watering hole where the water was so refreshing.

next morning we spent hours watching the sunrise from the cabin before doing a little bit of fishing before leaving, and we told Scott and Wendy we fell in love with the venue and wanted to book our dates in for our big day.

Not only is the venue breathtaking, something out of a story book, but it's also at a reasonable price with full use of all amenities on site.

I can assure you, if me and my fiance were willing to travel across literal ocean 15+hours to visit the venue, then believe me it's worth the shot to go see it. you will not regret it.

There aren't enough words in the world to describe the perfection of this place. My husband and I eloped in November of 2023 and chose Horsehead as a place to celebrate our marriage with our family and friends in August 2024. It was the PERFECT place. My dream was to have a celebration that would span more than one or two days and actually allow time for all of the most important people in our lives to be able to get to know each other and have some fun together. That's exactly what we got with Horsehead. The lake, the swimming lagoon, the pickleball courts, the beautiful and comfortable cabins and lodges, it was all so perfect.

And to top it off, Scott, Wendy, and everyone at Horsehead Lake Lodge went SO above and beyond. They are such lovely people, they became members of the family for the week. I can't imagine the festivities without them.

Horsehead has become a forever part of our story and we can't wait to come back and celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, any excuse we can make to get back there.

This place is more than we could’ve imagined! it went beyond our dreams for what we could’ve asked for our wedding. Scott & Wendy are truly amazing people and have created the most perfect place. We stayed out at the venue from Sunday-Wednesday and had SO many compliments from our family, friends, and everyone who saw via pictures. Below are some of the pictures our photographer sent with the views from the mountains & dock - this place will be perfect for your wedding/family get-together/ vacation/etc.!

We had our wedding at this gorgeous venue this September (2024). Everything was just perfect. Scott was amazing to work with all leading up to the wedding, answering all of our questions. The venue just keeps growing as he continues to add magnificent things. Swimming hole, beautiful sleeping cabins for friends and family to stay near, covered outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, lake, etc. This is a magnificent place for ANY event, or a great weekend getaway for you and a loved one or your family. We are truly blessed we got to begin our forever here. Thank you Scott!

My husband and I got married at Horsehead Lake Lodge July 6th 2024. 10000000% recommend this venue and to book it for the weekend package. It provided ample space for us to make the most of our wedding weekend. The weekend package allowed us to spend more time with family and friends that traveled far to celebrate my husband and I. The outdoor bar area has grills that my family used every morning to make breakfast. The groom's party played basketball and pickleball all weekend. We spent the Fourth of July on the property swimming in the lake and shooting off fireworks. We loved that our wedding party’s accommodations were on the property so that we didn’t have to set up a transportation plan to and from hotels. All weekend our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was. Our photographer and videographer never had to search for a beautiful shot because the entire property is beautiful. To top it all off, Scott and Wendy were so incredibly accommodating to us. My husband built a cross for our ceremony altar. We left it at Horsehead as a thank you to Scott and Wendy for the best weekend ever. We cannot wait to book one of the airbnbs on the property to celebrate our anniversaries for years to come. #HELLYEAHHALSTEAD

This is the best pet friendly adventure experience in ARKANSAS with the most incredible views. The lake is so quiet and Scott has really thought of absolutely everything to make the entire experience special. Highly recommend spending time at Horsehead Lake Lodge!

We had the best time celebrating my sister’s wedding this past weekend. The venue is one of the most beautiful sights. The owners are the kindest people and were willing to do anything to make their day special. We definitely want to go back again soon!
