My wife and I used this place for our first cruise. First we called to ask a question I felt like the lady I talked to more or less tried to just get me off the phone. Mind you I payed for the cruise in full the day we went in and talked to them. They didn't do our check in we ad to do it ourselves. Haven't heard a word from them will never use this place. Thank God for YouTube.

After three wonderful trips with this agency, I highly recommend Jonesboro Travel. Amy traveled with us on two trips and treated each guest as a treasured family member. We have used the owner for 15 years now. Unfortunately, she passed us on to another agent and the experience was not good at all. After explicitly saying we wanted Club Mobay for our Jamaica trip we landed in Montego Bay to find out it wasn’t booked. Very hectic experience. Additionally, we had zero idea the immigration form had moved to online as our agent did not tell us. Another plane passenger told us about it. When it was time for us to leave no one (including our agent who booked it) could tell us when our private transfer was leaving so we had to take the shuttle. The benefits of using an agent just were not there and unfortunately after using the owner for 15 years I do not think we will be using her agency again.

My husband and I were on the Cape Cod tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip! Larinda and Candi were awesome tour guides. They made the trip fun and we covered many places of interest. We have absolutely no complaints about anything on the excursion. We will definitely travel with them again!

Truthfully, this place is very unprofessional and gives me a weird vibe. I called to get some information about a trip they offer and because I wasn't focused on booking the trip immediately it was as if I was wasting their time just calling to ask a few questions. Such a shame to treat a potential client that way.
