Great cottage highly recommend we were in a duplex lower section and didn’t have a thermostat to control the heat, kind of strange.. So the upper cottage controlled everything. I would recommend a thermostat and replace the carpet in bathroom with tile. Otherwise a very nice place and well stocked.

The manager was so friendly! I loved the rustic feel and large rooms. The kitchen has everything you would need, and we also could grill outside. Price was very reasonable. The location was great for us.

Clean and good location. It was noisy. Pipes made noise. Also someone let their dog out without leash and it scared my dog and thought that they were going to get into a fight.

We just got back from our yearly lake getaway with our kids. This was our first time booking a cabin at bull mountain resort and it was a wonderful stay! We stayed in cabin 9 which was the upstairs cabin. Thankfully no one was below us during our 3 night stay because we have 3 wild childs! The cabin was a 2 bedroom and very spacious as well as clean! Being OCD I was able to relax and be comfortable knowing that everything was fresh and clean. We were greeted by the owner Kathy when we arrived. She was friendly and let us know that if we needed anything that they lived next to the office and could be reached anytime. I highly recommend Bull mountain resort. I look forward to our next stay which we are hoping to go again before summer ends.

This was a trip for scuba dive certification for us. We weren't really looking for anything fancy, just a clean place to stay. The cottage was quaint and comfy. Kathy was very accommodating and friendly. I would certainly stay here again. We had no problems. The cottage had a small kitchen, just what we needed to make coffee, reheat some food and stash some drinks in the fridge. The bed was very firm, not a problem for me! It was quiet the entire time we stayed. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very pristine and inviting! If I'm ever in Bull Shoals again, I will be stopping by! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

I took my wife and our three children for weekend durning spring break. We stayed in cabin #8. It was absolutely phenomenal! We arrived late Thursday night. They left the lights on and the door unlocked. The cabin it's self was spotless! The description on the website does not do it justice to how much room there is in the cabin! You could comfortable 8. The only down fall are a few creature comforts, the mattress could be updated and the furniture. But outside of that it was amazing. We took a foam topper from home. And it did the trick for the queen mattress. All in all we will be going back again for sure.

The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything our family needed. It is so great to find people that really care about their customers these days. Kathy does and was just a life-saver. We definitely recommend Bull Mountain Resort to anyone that wants to come relax and enjoy Bull Shoals Lake and the White River area.

The cabin was excellent. The rooms were color cordinated and extremely clean and spacious. Everything we needed was already in place. The owner Kathy was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. We hated to leave when it was time for us depart. The next time we will reserve more time.|The resort not only met every expectation I was expecting, it went far ahead of any expectation that I could imagine. I will be referring my friends and family to Bull Mountain Resort. I found nothing negative about our stay.
