We stayed at cabin 5 for 5 days. Absolutely perfect for us. 4 bedrooms 8 beds. Beds are comfortable and the olace is very clean. You can throw a rock from the front porch underhanded into the river. Perfect placement for a river cabin. The open floor plan is great. I do all the cooking and was able to visit with the family as i prepared our meals. The owners are so special,you wouldn't know that they are not our family letting us use their cabin. Sammy and Nancy are wonderful Godly people that are dedicated to making their guests feel at home. We have started a family tradition here as our vacation home . Making memories 🛶🎣🐟💯

Went there with my son, wife and Mother-in-law and completely enjoyed. I have stayed there in past year and the cabin needed a renovation and thanks to Sammy and Nancy, they did not disappoint. Very clean, bright and updated furniture. Will definitely come back!

We always enjoy our stay at Cabin 5 at Newland’s. Great to have a boat ramp on property to launch our boat and plenty of space for our group of fishermen. Will definitely go back

Newland’s is the very best location on the White River bar none. Cabin 5 is not only the best location at Newland’s but also the nicest cabin! Sammy and Nancy are fantastic, responsive host!

Everything was perfect at cabin 5! The place was clean and cozy and right on the water. We watched bald eagles hunting for trout right from the front porch. We will be coming back soon!

We’ve been coming to Newland’s for about 30 years and cabin 5 is always one of favorites! It has new furniture and new beds also. We will be back for sure!
