We came down from Iowa hoping to catch some walleye and Steve made it happen! He took us to the hot spots, baited our hooks and showed us how to reel them in. He is a pro! Polite, knowledgeable, well prepared (he even brought lunch), this is the guy you want to hire to take you fishing on Bull Shoals Lake. We HIGHLY recommend him and we WILL be back! We took home 8 lbs of filets!

We visited the Bull Shoals area at the end of March. We had done some fishing on our own in the days before our trip with Steve, and had not done well because the weather and conditions were less than ideal. But Steve found the (biting) fish for us, and my husband and I both caught quite a few while we were fishing with him. I have been on trips with other guides in the area, but our trip with Steve was by far the best! He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He’s also fun to talk with, and easy to learn from. His boat was comfortable, and he had all the latest technology to help find the fish. He cleaned the ones we kept so that we were all set for a delicious dinner. We will definitely be calling him the next time we visit the area. Go fishing with Steve – you won’t be disappointed!

Being new to the area and walleye fishing in particular,we booked a trip with Steve and we made the right choice. Even though prime walleye season is winding down, Steve was able to put us on quality fish. It's obvious he knows his stuff. We also picked up some good sized bluegills as a bonus. We will definitely fish with Steve again. Really looking forward to early next summer when the walleye usually really turn on!. Would highly recommend !

Steve provided a great day from start to finish. I wanted to target walleye, we targeted walleye; I wanted to learn a little about the area by my resort, he showed me hot spots around my resort. He provided beverages, he provided lunch and he cleaned our catch.
