We had the pleasure of working with Rachel Behar as our wedding planner, and we could not be more thrilled with the experience she provided. She is a spreadsheet queen, which helped us stay organized and keep track of everything from guest lists, to the day of timeline, and our budget. She was not only attentive to our needs but showed incredible thoughtfulness towards our loved ones. For example, she made sure my grandmother's wheelchair was positioned perfectly so she could fully enjoy and participate in my father's speech and then made sure to pack her a goodie bag of desserts when she needed to retire early in the night.

Rachel's dedication truly shone; she took all the potential stress upon herself, ensuring that we could focus on enjoying our special day. She made sure that every detail of the wedding was gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned. Her commitment didn't stop with the wedding day; she went above and beyond by offering fantastic recommendations for our Friday rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch, making the entire weekend seamless and memorable.

Working with Lizzie at RBE was the best decision we made when planning our daughter’s wedding. She brought a level of expertise to the process which was more than we ever expected. She used a worksheet which was a part of an extremely well organized and streamlined RBE tracking system for everything from vendors, budgeting and payments, guests, timeline, photos, seating, stationery and more!

It's hard to put into words is how absolutely wonderful my daughter's entire wedding weekend was and how much I appreciate everything Rachel did to make it exactly what both my daughter and her fiance and my husband and I wanted. She even made sure the weather cooperated. :)!
There was not one detail that was overlooked. Rachel worked seamlessly running interference between all of us and somehow made it look easy. Every vendor she recommended and the kids chose turned out to be great.

We are so lucky to have had Rachel and her team's help in planning and executing our wedding. From day 1, Rachel provided us with the guidance and support necessary to make wedding planning a breeze. From her master onboarding tracker to monthly checklists and update emails, she always kept us on schedule and ensured that we never felt overwhelmed.

My husband and I couldn't recommend Rachel and her team more!! Not only is Rachel an absolute expert in wedding planning, she is also kind, warm, and a delight to work with. A true "calm in the chaos" energy. Rachel takes all the stress and guess work out of planning your wedding (my favorite part was the monthly to-do lists!) and you can feel confident that you're in the best hands right through the day of your wedding. Rachel's teammate Lizzie was our day-of coordinator and she was on top of things from the moment we got to the hotel the afternoon before our wedding. We were able to sit back and enjoy the festivities all weekend without a second thought. A MASSIVE thank you to Rachel, Lizzie, and the rest of the RBE team for making sure our wedding day was an absolute dream!

Rachel and her team went above and beyond to make sure there were no surprises, hiccups, or errors on our wedding day! Rachel is very organized (lots of spreadsheets and checklists!) which allowed for a stress free planning experience. Rachel made a day of timeline, down to five minute intervals, and she made sure we followed it perfectly. She is creative, an amazing listener, and has such a calming presence. She handles everything with a smile and doesn’t sweat the small stuff. Not only did she make sure everything was perfect leading up to and on the the big day, she made sure all of our special items (from ceremony, sleeves from dress, change of shoes, etc.) were organized and we got everything back! Lizzie was a huge help with organizing the room blocks. Rachel and her team genuinely cared about us and our families. She made sure there was reserved seating in the first few rows for our loved ones to have a close up view of our ceremony. Rachel and her team allowed myself, my husband, and our families to genuinely enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about anything!

Rachel and her associates took the stress out of wedding planning and helped make our special day exactly what we were hoping for. From the start, Rachel understood our vision for the day and was cognizant that we were on a budget. We were going for something fun, colorful and funky. We knew the venue we wanted and Rachel was there to ask the right questions and to make sure it was the perfect spot for us. She quickly found outstanding DJs and photographers to choose from. In a matter of just a few weeks we had all the major vendors secured (venue, flowers, DJ, photographer). Not to mention, Rachel is based in NYC but was able to source all of our Michigan vendors with her research and ability to connect with EVERYONE.

While all the big items were outstanding, where Rachel really shined was on the details. Rachel kept us organized and timely in all aspects of planning utilizing a variety of tools including an amazing spread sheet. Putting together guest lists, sending invitations, finalizing seating charts, etc. She also thought of so many little touches to make the wedding special like having the perfect escort cards, place cards, ideas for the guest book menus, etc.

So many people in our lives warned us that on the day of your wedding some things will go wrong and that the wedding is for the guests to have fun rather than yourself. We can honestly say that wasn’t our experience at all. When things came up like a likelihood of rain for a partially outdoor wedding, we never felt stressed knowing we were in Rachel’s hands. We can’t think of a single thing that went wrong on the day of the wedding and we had a complete blast. The day of support from RBE associates was outstanding. We didn’t assume the wedding would be one of the best days of our lives, but that ended up being the case in large part due to Rachel’s vision, talent, work ethic and support.
