What a spectacular place to spend a weekend away. I really wish we could have stayed longer as it was so relaxing. We were in the Bungalow treehouse, which was one with a view of the falls. You could hear the river running from the deck, and it was such a peaceful sound. We spent most of our weekend relaxing and reading on our deck.
We were kind of concerned about what the food situation, but we were totally surprised by the ease of the on-site restaurant. When we arrived at 3 to check in, the chef, Bob, greeted us and explained how meals would work. He said he just needed two hours prep time, so we simply picked our dining time and placed our order. We returned at 6 and our food was ready right then. And it was wonderful and home cooked. We ended up eating two dinners and two breakfasts there. So if you're reading the website and wondering about food, we would recommend eating on-site with Bob. It was just fantastic!
You just know Myron cares deeply about his business as well. Each guest was greeted with a kind welcome and wonderful hospitality. I could go back here again and again.

My husband and I spent three wonderful days relaxing and soaking in God's blessings. From hiking Twisted Ankle Trail, enjoying the view from Inspiration Point, or simply curling up on the cabin swing we throughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you Bob for delicious food! Myron, you and your wife have created a hidden oasis that we hope to visit again soon.

Every time that I’ve stayed at River of Life the serenity that I experience is without question worth the stay itself. The calm, tranquil environment of the settings, the exquisite world class trout river rolling over the falls just a few steps away, is an enchantment in and of itself.
The availability of quality food, amenities, and the friendly hospitality of everyone at River of Life always makes for a rather poignant departure.
However, knowing that I will always come back, and have a lovely place to just relax, fish, float, or just read a book, and be welcomed is a great comfort for me and my family.

The owner Myron was easy to deal with. Very friendly. The river is always a thing of beauty. My husband brought me to The White Oak cabin for my birthday. It's was gorgeous. The furnishings were thoughtfully done. It was cozy but not over done and cluttered. I was able to relax with ease. The hiking was amazing even in January. The mossy trail seems to glow with magic. The Twisted Ankle trail was a bit difficult but the veiw from the top was worth it.No cell service was priceless. We highly recommend . I know we will be back.

One of the Ozarks best hidden gems. Myron and his wife go out of their way to make sure anything one needs is available. It’s heaven on earth down there in that valley. The trails are beautiful and it would take days to cover them all. The cabins are wonderful. We got to watch the solar eclipse there last April and I’m so glad we did. It’s a special place. I love going there and seeing my old friend. It’s a magical place to reconnect with nature and one’s self.

River of Life Farms was an excellent location for a quiet retreat! If you are looking for a secluded venue this is it. There are activities to do for those inclined, such as trail walking, canoeing, and fishing. We just enjoyed the relaxing sounds of nature and the roaring of the river.

We have no complaints. River of Life Farm exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed great food, a beautiful cabin, wonderful hiking, and a fun float. Myron and his team were perfect hosts.

Beautiful area of the Ozarks with stunning views of the river! Cabins are clean and the hot tub was a real treat! The owners are sweet and give good area .aps for exploring! Highly recommend.
