We booked a dinner and show in Branson, MO through vacations made easy 05/23/25. 2 hours after we booked the show we realized we were eating dinner at the exact same restaurant that we were going to have the dinner show at the next night. We went to pick up the tickets and asked if we could get a refund (literally 3 hours later) because we didn’t want to eat at the same restaurant on vacation. We called at 530( the first call) and they said that we missed the 24hr cancellation. There was nothing about that when we booked, there wasn’t even the option of exchanging the tickets for a different show. I have called Vacations Made Easy at least 5 times, the restaurant who is hosting the show, and the production company itself and NO ONE is willing to refund, exchange or anything. So now we loose $115 or eat at the same place we did last night and it wasn’t even that good. DO NOT USE VACATION MADE EASY, it has not been easy at all and we’ve spent almost 24 hours of it arguing with them.

Vacations Made Easy is deceptive in their advertising and once they have your money they are very inflexible. We mistakenly bought a ticket from Vacations Made Easy(instead of the boat company) for the Riverwalk boat ride. They said when I got the email confirmation it would inform me how to get the ticket. I was informed I had to travel half a mile from the launch site to pick up a paper ticket and half mile back in 30 minutes. It was not possible. When I informed the company of this, they said I had to give them 48 hours notice to change the ticket. Consultant was rude and inflexible. I would recommend not using Vacations Made Easy. This was a simple one time ticket, I can't imagine how a large trip would be.

Ordered tickets online, thinking it would save time from standing in line. Totally unnecessary. I also thought /assumed that the tickets would be sent electronically/QR code. They were not. We had to find the mall, enter the mall. Find the information desk and ask directions to the ticket office where they PRINTED the tickets and gave them to me. Then walk back to the boat tour entrance. Tickets are easily purchased anywhere along the Riverwalk. Unless I completely missed something, purchasing tickets online from this company was a waste of time. They need to update their software and provide e-tickets/QR Codes.

I was unsatisfied with the service from Vacations Made Easy. This may be their name as a company, but it was anything but easy as far as getting my money back. Earlier last week I booked a reservation for the Jungle Queen. However, turns out I booked it for this past Friday which was the wrong day because my family and I we're looking to go on a Saturday afternoon. Realizing that mistake, I told the agent I spoke with over the phone, that I'd like to change the date to Saturday April 26th, but according to him, I couldn't. So with that said, I wanted to cancel and get my money back, and even that was denied because of this ridiculous cancelation policy. So realizing that they weren't willing to accommodate me in anyway, I just simply booked a new reservation for April 26th! So now I spent well over 150.00. Mind you the agent didn't even bother to offer a discount. To make matters worse, the agent informed me that I had to travel all the way out to their Pompano Beach location to pick up my vouchers! I couldn't believe that they couldn't just email a pdf of the vouchers for me to download and print out! What the heck! That's inconvenience having to travel way out to Pompano and then drive all the way down to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Seriously!? Knowing that I'm surprised and disappointed the agent still let me off the phone anyway. I called the staff back that same day, and told them I'd like to cancel my Saturday afternoon reservation for Jungle Queen. To my shock, that was denied again! So, I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and after waiting over the phone for well over who knows how long, the company finally agreed to cancel my reservation, and send me my money back. But wait, it's not over: I checked my email, and noticed that Vacations Made Easy, didn't send me an email of my refund. So, I called them back to figure out what's going on, and then they finally sent details of my refund to my email. On Saturday, the day of, I received a text from them about a 4pm event I never signed up for and once again, I had to call them and straighten this mess out again. The agent I spoke with online sounded like she had absolutely no clue what was going on. Eventually, the whole mess was straighten out and I some how got off the phone with them. Now till this day, I'm still disappointed with this company because I feel like both of the reservations I made should've been canceled (not one). They need to change the ridiculous cancelation policy they have, and send pdf vouchers to the customer's emails or at least offer that as an option rather than making a paying customer come way out to their location to pick it up. I don't recommend this third party company. Best of luck to the next customer.

Very poor directions on how to find the location to exchange online ticket purchase for real paper tickets that were required. Also on directions to the specific free parking lot. We ended up paying $30 for the public parking just to try to find you and pick up tickets. Once we had paper tickets the narrated tour was good.

We loved the helicopter tour, Country Tonite and skyline ranch! Easy to book, pick up tickets and all featured easy parking and easy access! Great memories and experiences!
