We got a late start on a Friday afternoon and NONE of the other canoe liveries in the area would put us in the water except these guys. They were super friendly and accommodating. They didn't give us a time limit, just said to get back before dark. They had us drop our car off where we pulled the canoe out and it couldn't have been any easier. We had an amazing time. Beautiful river!! Thank you!!

Went on float yesterday humble down to earth people best prices around don't let it discourage you on where they are located in my many years of floating they are the cheapest around and they go above and beyond to make it the best Experience. Its a family owned place and they do what they can to make your experience best possible only regret of trip was not giving them more money and signing my name on the bus DEFINITELY found my spot for future floats and rentals really recommend giving them your business over any other businesses around the area

I called a day in advance and asked what the best time to be there was and discussed it over phone Arrived at 948 for our 10 o'clock slot we filled out paperwork they even helped and blew up a raft we brought and forgot pump an at no extra charge (really should charge 5 to 10 for that ) we forgot ice and they stopped at the gas station so we could get what we forgot for the trip lol I could go on and on but they really treated us like family and made sure we had the best experience possible highly highly recommend

Small company with great customer service. We had 17 of us which incuded 8 kids under 10. We had some of pur own kayaks, but forgot life vests. They gave us some at no charge. We needed 2 less kayaks than we reserved and they gave us pur money back..didn’t expect that. Wonderful experience!!

Planned a trip with my friends and out of state family to be put in at 10am. Arrived at 9:45. Got a call from one of the ladies there and she said there was one more group in front of us that had to be dropped off. Okay, cool. The man in the white bus said they would be right back. We waited 2 hours for them to come. Once I called at 12 I was told they had just got back and had to throw our raft on and would be on the way. We waited another 30min and still nothing. I called and asked what was going on and again, they "we're on the way." I let them know if they weren't there in the next 10minutes I was leaving. As soon as I got in my car to leave they finally showed up. The man in the white van stopped and asked if we were waiting on a raft and I let them know yes for 2 hours now. I then got YELLED at by the guy. Great* customer service. The lady driving the van came by and spoke with us, apologized for the behavior of the man in the other vehicle and got us taken care of. Once we got to the river at 1pm it was an okay float despite the fact that our friends had to go earlier (on their own tubes) and we didn't get to spend the day with them. I won't be back because the owner clearly doesn't care that his incompetent staff cannot handle things effectively. You'd make so much more money and would have the funds to get better things for your customers if you would run your business properly.

Half the employees were tweaking outta they’re own skin. It’s taken over 2 hours from the time we got here till the bus even cane to pick us up. There is plenty of different places with better service!

Update: We showed up at 8:45 for a Float scheduled at 9:00 AM. Even though the company and or Staff replied calling me a liar. I’ve been to several other float rentals and had a blast! Thanks for the read drop a like and if you’ve had similar service leave a review.

The price was right (Star one), although we hoped for better floating tubes.
The staff was entertaining in their own sense (Star two), although they could’ve been more timely. (Waited one hour for pick up. Come on folks, people may be on vacation, but our time to enjoy it, is important to us!)
The memories they helped our family create, was priceless! (Star three)
We docked them the last two stars because of the issues mentioned above, with the most important one being-timeliness.
Thanks for the memories and I hope my review doesn’t detour someone from renting from you, because after the rough start, we had a BLAST!

Took 2 hours to get everyone on the river. 2 hours of several parties waiting to start the float without so much an update or explanation why we were waiting so long. Turns out they were patching the rafts and did so poorly.

They gave us an air pump to use during the float 'just in case'. Near the end of the float, we had a ridiculous amount of water in the raft and ours wasn't even the worst. Another party that left at the same time we did had it much worse. We spotted them near the end of the float and their raft was so deflated that most of them walked the last half mile to the end point.

Another party consisted of a couple in their 60's who finished the same time we did. The older man, when asked by an employee how his float was, politely responded that his back hurt because the raft lost so much air that his seat didn't offer much support. The employee rudely scoffed and walked away.

The river itself is nice with lots of spots to stop and swim, but this rental place was awful. Maybe they were having an off day, I don't know, but I'll try my luck with JRO right down the street next time I'm in the area.
