We were pleased with the check in process. That went smoothly. The breakfast area was clean and the choice of food offered was very good. Our room was clean when we arrived. The problem was with housekeeping staff not doing our room. We had the do not disturb sign on until about 11 to 11:30 then we were gone for the day. More than once we came back to an unmade bed, no towels and the trash still there. Apparently if they see the do not disturb sign they never come back again later to check again. We did tell the manager and he said he would take care of it. But it happened 2 more times. After we complained the housekeeping staff no longer greeted us as they had previously. We left a request at the front desk for 3 bath towels instead of the normal 2. They gave us 3 bath towels and nothing else. We got the point. If you complain then you are on the **** list for the remainder of the stay. The housekeeping staff need some training in customer service.

We had a great experience. Everything was clean and tidy. We came in town for volleyball. The night we came in there were several storms and a tornado warning. The staff directed us to take shelter in their laundry room. The laundry room was super clean. Our tournament ended up being canceled and we had to leave early to get home before the roads flooded. The manager kindly refunded us for the night we wouldn’t be using.
We will be staying there next time we are in town. Thank you for the hospitality!

Needed a place to stay in Cabot that would accept us having our dog with us because we were moving from Cabot to Missouri and had to stay 1 night after our movers empty our house to close on the house. Having a nice hotel in Cabot is great even though I'll probably never stay here again. The suite we stayed in was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Every area of the hotel I saw was spotless. The free breakfast was good. Typical hotel free breakfast offerings. Overall we had a great stay!

New hotel that is clean and nice looking. Service is lacking compared to all other Hampton Inns we have stayed at, mainly with regard to breakfast. My guess is it's not a high occupancy hotel and so management is trying very hard to control costs.
I always travel with my two kids (6 & 8 years old) and husband and we always stay at Hampton Inn hotels. Breakfast is one of the biggest reasons we do. We love the usual variety offered, but the Cabot hotel was disappointing. Each of the examples I am about to list are minor on their own but the totality left us pretty sure we will not stay there again.
Breakfast attendant only put out very minimal items. There's such a thing as working smart, not hard, and this approach made for more work for the attendant, who was constantly refilling even though there weren't a ton of people there.
Examples include:
Only one of each type of muffin (3 total muffins!) and one of each type of bagel at a time (2 total bagels!), and two slices of each type of bread (4 total slices!) at a time.
Only two yogurt cups out at a time. [they upped it to 2 of each muffin type (6 total) and 3 yogurts at a time on Saturday since it was busy]
No mini scones we've come to look forward to.
No hard boiled eggs.
No orange juice (note said they were out)
Only two types of cereal - fruit loops and raisin bran (although this was alway fully stocked since it's not perishable).
This was our experience repeatedly over three mornings (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). We skipped breakfast on Sunday as we were over it by then.
Friday was biscuits and gravy day and they did not put out oatmeal since the pot was used for gravy. I usually eat oatmeal regardless of the hot meal choice but especially on biscuit and gravy day since I don't care for that meal. I have never seen oatmeal not out just because it was biscuits and gravy day.
Also on Friday, the one caraffe of dark roast coffee was not refilled until asked. This was around 8:30 am (still fairly early). Attendant had removed the empty caraffe and after more than 5 min passed my husband asked if she was bringing out more coffee, and only then she said she would make some more but that it would be a few minutes and pointed us to the light roast at the front desk (which looked like tea - yuck).
Also the dark roast is only out for breakfast. Everywhere else we've stayed keeps it in the common area but Cabot has it only in the breakfast area and only during breakfast hours.
Our king room only had two sets of towels. We always pick a king room and never have had to ask for more towels. There's always 4 sets. The front desk told us they only put four towels in queen rooms.
We were told we just had to ask for refills/more of whatever... And yeah that's true, they'll do it if you ask. It's not a big deal to ask, but asking gets old when you do it over and over. It also starts to feel contentious. Just put out some more stuff so people feel a little more at home and welcome!! I'm not for wasting food but when there's 10 people in the room eating and they only put 3 muffins out, it feels weird.
Our trash was emptied and towels refreshed one day out of 4. That wasn't completely terrible or anything but they didn't make the beds when they did it. I don't care that much that, but everywhere else makes beds when they refresh the room. So if that's your thing, maybe you have to ask for that too. Also when they did that one refresh, we were out of facial tissues and they did not refill them.
One more odd annoyance, the elevator beeps were so loud we literally covered our ears when we rode the elevator. Never had to do that before in any elevator my whole life, regardless of where.
Like I said before, none of this is a big deal but altogether it makes for a stark contrast with other Hampton Inn locations. I'd much rather stay at an older one that has better service.

The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the area was a bit pricey not much value. The hotel is only a couple of years old.

You can’t make this up. We drove 15 hours from NC because my father in law passed away. Got to the hotel about 4AM. The young lady who was working said the system was not working and my phone number was being accepted. We put all kinds of phone numbers in and even made some up to no avail. She called her boss and still had no clue why it wasnt taking the numbers. We waited at least 30 minutes and she was trying to call another boss and we just walked out. Mind you we were totally beat from the drive, emotional and ready for sleep. I'm not blaming her but are you kidding me? I just stayed at another Hilton just a week before and used my honors so I have no idea what happened. I would steer clear of this place.

We were woken up last night at 2am by the fire alarm wich went off twice. Wasn't sure if it was a tornado alarm or the fire alarm. Turned out to be the fire Alarm. My daughter jumped up to run to the door and fell. Called the front desk to ask do we need to evacuate and Hannah says" idk it up to yall" clueless. We take the stairwell to the mail level, I ask the front desk girl if she called the fire department wich she did not. A lady on the 2nd floor was handicapped and couldn't get downstairs. The fire department stated they have had issues with the alarm before, going off randomly. We were downstairs till after 3am. Couldn't sleep waiting for it to happen again. It was aweful. Spoke to the manager this morning and he was an ass, no help at all. I want a refund on my room for the night. Nice hotel, clean but that was ridiculous no communication with us about what was happening. A girl at the front desk who is clueless, needs to be trained better. You pay good hard earned money for this crap. Nope. FIX YOUR ALARM SYSTEM CLEARLY IF THIS IS A PROBLEM THATS ON GOING.

I stayed at this location during Christmas 2024. The facilities were adequate and clean. However; the problem is with the General Manager. The hotel was paid by reward points and the hotel still charged my card. I did call the hotel to try to get this reversed; however, it was been nearly 2 weeks since this has occurred and I still have not received a credit. This is after several phone calls and emails with the General Manager and with my credit card reward company. I feel that my credit card company has done everything they can. I am simply not getting results from the GM. Because of this, I will never return to this hotel and strongly suggest anyone considering this location that the administration of the hotel is very poor and I hope this situation doesn't happen to you. This will also affect my future traveling decisions.
