My experience with Verizon started off poorly…won’t go into details. However, when I walked into Cabot Verizon and met Hunter and his team, that all changed. Hunter personally solved my problem, restored my service and got my wife and I into new phones. I’ve experienced good customer service before but my experience with Cabot Verizon was probably the best. Great job, Hunter and team.

It has been a very long time since I have received such outstanding service. We went in with an activation and port issue. Fisher went above and beyond to ensure our phones worked properly. My only regret is that I did not visit this Verizon in Cabot to establish new service initially.

Fisher was the representative that assisted me with upgrading my plan with Verizon. He was very patient helping me understand how I was benefiting by choosing to upgrade. He explained how my new phone works and if I couldn’t work my phone when I started using it I could come in and he would help me. I would recommend Fisher to anyone that needs to upgrade or change providers to assist them with this confusing task.

Hunter went above and beyond helping me in the process of purchasing my new IPhones!! He was extremely patient with me and all my questions. I’m not very tech savvy so I appreciated that he took his time in helping me and never made me feel rushed! Fisher also helped me and was also very kind and patient!!
