Another successful commencement thanks to avad3 = another 5/5 review!

Go check out their website--they produce gorgeous events and clearly know what they are doing! But the team members at avad3 are my favorite part of working with this company. avad3 was wonderful to work with for Saving Grace NWA’s 2023 Butterflies & Blooms Luncheon. It was a blessing to have Josh and his team walk alongside us throughout the planning process and day of to produce an excellent program that touched the hearts of donors and led them to help provide a home and resources for young women aging out of foster care or facing homelessness.

Avad3 was amazing to work with from the very beginning. There were several challenges we had to overcome and tough decisions that we had to make. On top of that, this was my first time leading our Workmatters Conference. Cameron made me comfortable every step of the way, reassuring me and providing wisdom and insights from his extensive experience. They never missed a beat.

Cameron invested the time needed to talk through the different scenarios. He helped us find the best solution for the best stage design and worked with us as we decided if speakers were going to be remote or live. When we transitioned to a mix of live and remote, they remained flexible and responsive. It's always a good thing when your speakers comment on how impressed they were with the set up and the ease with which they were able to work with us.

Event production was delivered with excellence. Everyone on the Avad3 team was focused and orchestrated all the moving parts seamlessly. Thanks to them, our speakers and our audience loved it!

Avad3 is an awesome partner and an inspiration to me personally as I watched them navigate their own challenges and support their clients with confidence and grace. I worked with avad3 on a conference for my not-for-profit org and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They deliver an excellent product thanks to their super-skilled AV/production techs, they provide great customer service, and they have a real ability to create an experience for your guests/attendees that's true to your brand.
