Steve was amazing! So good at his job! Organized, on time (early!!), ran a super fun party for my 5 year old. The parents had just as much fun as the kids! Steve and his team coordinated and executed a large reception and dinner event for more than 250 people from around the country on the grounds of the Old State House in Little Rock. I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Attendees were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the event. Bringing Steve and the Celebrations Events team on board to handle our event was a smart decision.

Following first meeting with Steve we were very excited about all the options and coordination of ceremony and reception. Especially the light up foam wands that had changeable batteries for guests. You can imagine our disappointment when we walked into reception and were handed plain glow stick necklaces you can get at Walmart and dollar tree. We also had to wait a ridiculous amount of time in hallway between ceremony and reception to the point guests were getting impatient and ready to leave. When parents of bride came out to find out the delay they were treated very rudely by stating "who invited him" referring to the father. We hired him because of our impression at 2 meetings prior to wedding for ceremony and reception with photography. We had originally hired a separate photographer who promised photos could be digitally available prior to Christmas but Steve informed us that they had a photographer they worked with that did amazing photos so we changed to his recommendation. We have now been waiting more than 2 months to receive a digital copy. Every time we contact Steve we get a different answer about photos (was never given photographer contact info to contact him directly). Photography was part of our contact therefore you would expect Steve to follow up and keep us posted on progress.
