I had a wonderful time. It was the perfect size for people who want a more personal experience, or those who get anxiety in larger crowds. Everyone was extremely friendly and inviting. The shows were fun, entertaining, interactive, and most included educational tidbits. The vendors were very welcoming, and not pushy, nor rude if you choose to just look around. I look forward to attending future events.

How shall i start about this Renaissance faire.

If you visit faires and don't like to interact with vendors, entertainers, or performers, then i would say this is not for you.

If you love to interact with people like vendors, performers, craftsmen, musicians, etc. THIS IS FOR YOU.

I personally would describe this faire as a "hidden" gem or hole-in-the-wall faire. Once you find it, you are going to love it.

They have been around for 19 seasons, with 2025 marking their 20th anniversary.
2024 season had over 70 vendors. Not including multiple artisans, craftsmen, stage performers, or lane performers. Bird of prey show, highland cattle, history lessons, or storytellers, pottery, and many more.

For all ages, they have a new quest list each weekend.
Rat pucking ( a medieval way of "golf.")
Magicians, puppeteers, live action battle shows, and many more interactive options.

Food and drinks can be found around the faire ground. Alcohol can be found at the pirate bar ( where else).

I consider this a "smaller faire" but unique and idyllic. Also very, very interactive with the patrons.

Most faires we ( my wife and i) have been to are very much commercialized. Not this one by far. Entrance for an adult was $10 and $5 for children. Try to find that at other faires.

This faire gives you the vibe of being in an actual medieval town where you are visiting your relatives and friends.

Concluding our first time at this faire.
Warm, welcoming, family-friendly, fun, interactive.
WE WILL BE BACK.

We had a wonderful time at the Rens Faire. Due to the limited population, I am sure, we were treated as Kings and Queens. We also met the Queen who allowed us to take her royal image on our mysterious hand held devices. We saw knights fighting during the day who were cleary wishing it was night due to the scorching heat. We ate turkey legs while being shot by marshmellows. We drank ale from a clay mug served by pirate wenches. There was a werewolve named Diego protecting the wenches from waywad drunks like us. Finally, we petted two enchanted princes who had been turned, very unceremoniously, into ponies. A good time was had by all.

This Ren Faire was really fun! It's young so it's a little small but it's packed with things to do! There was multiple fun shows for all ages and plenty of other activities. The shops had good variety and good prices. I would definitely come back!
