Bellagio of Norther California! Amazing service from booking to check out. Excellent room. Cleanliness 10/10, Room size 10/10, Service, not only are there plenty of employees around to help, but they are all well trained and know their jobs, 10/10. Casino is very well laid out , better table min than LV, pay out rate seems much higher than LV, several players including myself had nice wins. More than the average in LV. Food is really good, lounge scene is quiet but good vibes to chill and they pour a good drink. Only down side is no steak house. Value for money 10/10. We are going back!

We used this as a point to travel to Redwood National Park and State Park. The decor is exceptional and the room is quiet. The beds were comfortable. We are not gamblers but we did go down to the machine with ten dollars and came back with the same amount after 40 minutes. The food is reasonably priced and excellent. We would stay here again

The staff is good and kind and even staff at lobby considerate enough to give us water bottles to be used in our way back. Room is clean and comfy. Food at the restaurants are tasty and price is reasonable. Alice and Japanese restaurant is awesome. This is my second time visiting here and it never disappoint me yet😎

Enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and nice. Katie at the front desk was a delight to talk to. We learned so much about the different tribes. You are lucky to have such a warm and generous person in your team. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I hope we can come back some day!

I had an incredible overnight stay at Blue Lake Casino! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled night at the casino. The dining options were delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. Had a great stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities. The king bed was super comfortable, and our surroundings were very quit, didnt hear other guests or door slamming thru the night. We will definitely stay here again.

This casino offers overnight RV parking for a fee along with potable water and "access to an RV dump station". No electric, but that's okay. We checked in at the front desk, paid the RV fee for one night and did quite a bit of gambling in the casino. We stopped at the dump station in the morning to find it locked with a padlock, so we called the front desk. They told us the gas station affiliated with the casino would be able to help us, so we walked over. The gas station attendant asked to see our windshield placard that the front desk gave us at check-in (with the current check-in/check-out date on it). We provided this. The attendant then asked for our ID, however, we left it in the RV. It was raining, so we asked if they could call the front desk to confirm our reservation because we gave them our ID at check-in, and they originally sent us to the gas station for the key. The gas station attendant stated they would not call the front desk and needed our ID in case we "stole the key to the padlock". This blew my mind. Needless to say, we did not use their RV dump. The customer service is lacking here. We essentially paid to park in their parking lot overnight and play at their casino. Every other casino we have stayed at has been wonderful, none have ever locked their dump stations or insinuated that we would steal, and most have offered unexpected promotions to comp the RV stay if you play. Not here. I would stay elsewhere.

The room was very large. The beds were comfortable and decore was nice. View was pretty. Very close to everything within walking distance and parking was easy and free.
